I would probably never use your company in the future. I was charged $320 for 25 minutes of labor, which I feel is excessive. I reached out to the company for some sort of relief or explanation and was told that adjusting the spring was dangerous and that wss the going rate. I also had a handle installed that failed after two lifts of the garage door. The company did say they would send someone over tomorrow to fix the handle. Stay tuned.

We used Precision Garage Door to replace a broken Garage Door Opening unit. The technician who came on May 26, 2026 to help us was courteous and professional. The job was completed quickly, and the new garage door opener is working well. I especially appreciated how he assisted us with connecting the new opener to our auto garage door buttons.

Repair guy, Austin, was great. Very helpful. But after doing some research, I realized how much we overpaid to get our garage door fixed. Due to the fact that it was a holiday weekend, we rushed before getting quotes elsewhere. Adhering hearing back from other repair services, I am sick to my stomach knowing how much we overpaid. Once again, Austin was nice and professional. But please, do your research before going with Precision.

I choose precision door because I had them replace my garage door 4yrs ago. This past winter the bottom rubber strip and the Chanel that holds it popped out. Excellent five star service today from Precision Garage Door. Great communication throughout. Helpful texts and emails with scheduling information, providing a 2 hour window and a photo of the technician who would arrive. I received a phone call 25 minutes before he arrived. He was earlier than the 2 hour window, which he confirmed would be ok with my schedule. The technician's name was Jordan and he was very professional, pleasant, and informative. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door service and I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

First off, I like your website, which gave me the ability to schedule the appointment on a Sunday for work to be performed the next day on Monday, today. Zach did a good job on his inspection and giving me the quotes for a new opener on down to just replacing the springs. However, your prices for replacing the two springs were about $200 higher than the company from Lansing who is currently installing the same springs that Zack quoted me. Also I needed a bracket where the pulley assembly attaches to the door because my screws were stripped out from the door. Zach's price was again about $200 higher for this bracket then the current company from Lansing who is installing this bracket. So overall, precision door would have been over $400 more for the springs and bracket work on my garage door. I was willing to call precision door back if the prices were comparable but, they were not so I guess my question is, what would you do? Thank you.
