We have had Precision Garage Door out four times in less than a year since they replaced our springs. Each time, the technicians are very friendly and polite, but unfortunately the problem has never been fully fixed. Its frustrating having to call them back every month to month and a half for the same issue. While I appreciate their kindness and responsiveness when they come out, the repeated visits are getting old and I would have expected a longer-lasting repair.

Stephan Sinko was the technician. He and his helper were on time, efficient, and skilled. They were friendly, and cleaned up properly. They removed the old garage door, and installed new tracks, hangers, springs and door in under two hours. Precision Door is my go-to company.

Austin B. did a great job! Gave me 40min heads-up call prior to arriving in the agreed upon 2hr window. Provided a range of estimates on new openers to let me decide what's right for my needs. He showed me the basics of operating and programming the system. Very professional and replaced my opener in roughly an hour. Would call them again without hesitation.

I had my appointment set up for 10am and Tyler called at 9am. He was on his way in...this is what I call "on time to do business " he came over and got the job done quick and safe. Everything is working really smooth. I did set up my schedule after work online. Basically at 2am and by 10:30am it was fixed. Great efficiency! Thanks!

Within 3 hours of my call to schedule a service call for a defective garage door operator Connor Scane arrived at our home, surveyed the equipment and installed a new unit. My garage door broke at 8pm in the evening essentially trapping me in my garage. The emergency release would not work, so I knew it was a cable or something. I was able to go online and schedule an appointment with Precision Door for the next morning, evening choosing a time frame for the appointment. I got a notification about the visit ahead of time with a photo of my technician. He arrived on time and offered 3 different prices. The work was completed in under 2 hours. Great service and I highly recommend!!

I was lucky enough that Connor, the technician, was able to arrive early. Extremely polite and dress for the part. (Professional) He explained all my options and answered my questions quickly. a Accepted the quote and in a manor of 45 min (if that) I was up and running. I did have pricing shock, but I had to remember the last one I had done was 25 years ago.

Had a great experience over the weekend with Precision Garage Door. Jeremy came out in a Saturday after I had an issue with the emergency cord getting caught in my vehicle. He inspected it and pointed out a few things that would improve the safety and longevity of the door - and even made sure we were using the correct lubricant for the springs and other moving parts. We moved forward with his recommendation and the work was completed right then. Big thanks for easing our minds with the issues and fixing what needed to be done.
