Dalton arrived on time at my residence. The garage door was not closing properly. Dalton was accompanied by a trainee, Deyonte ( Sp?) Together they conducted an assessment of the garage door and opener system and quickly determined the problem. Both of them communicated well, explaining the problem and how they would adjust the system to correct the problem. The service provided was fast, friendly, and efficient! I will call them again in the future should any problems arise. Precision Door also installed a new garage door for me three years ago. The door and the operating system have been trouble free since installation. The trouble experienced today with the door was due to objects being placed to close to sensors and wiring. Precision door is a quality business with excellent customer service and excellent products.

I chose Precision because of their web presence. I’m glad I did. Our technician was very wise in the way of garage doors. He seemed to know all there is to know about our system. He was patient, and took time to explain what our problem was, and a couple of options to fix it. He gave us a senior’s discount without our asking. He resolved the electronics issue in ten minutes, and then answered all of our questions about our system. It was a pleasant and informative appointment, he is among the few service providers we will remember as being excellent, leaving us with our problems fully resolved and much more informed about the many features of our system we did not know even existed. We had a great experience with Precision garage door. Dalton the young man was exceptional! He went over every way we could reduce the cost and what was perfect for our usage. He could see my husband had a hard time walking and said to me “ I will just move the stuff back in the garage behind the garage door motor as I don’t think he can do it! How sweet! My husband ask could we request him to install and he said “ Don’t worry we will be very happy with them”. We were very happy with both men. They too went out of their way to make sure our experience was great. One man was tall and thin and had a loud voice and the other was younger with a great smile. We would definitely recommend them.

We needed our garage door srviced as it came off the track and couldn't get our cars out of garage Dalton came out on Sunday 10/4, was able to get door open to remove both cars. Dalton pointed out that our garage door was over 20 years old, and we decide to purchase new door. On Friday, 10/17 Josh arrived as scheduled, walked us thru everything he was to do. He came at 9:00,and by noon was finished. Josh explained what he did and answered every question. I want to give both Dalton and Josh , and hope that Precision Door rewards them for the GREAT employees they have.

The service technicians Jeff G & Charlie showed up promptly, assessed the situation and provided 3 options with various price points. I opted to go with the rebuild/ replacement of ALL moving parts. They were great didnt try to push an agenda, simply provided me the facts and allowed me time to process options and outcomes.
