We had a great experience with Precision garage door. Dalton the young man was exceptional! He went over every way we could reduce the cost and what was perfect for our usage. He could see my husband had a hard time walking and said to me “ I will just move the stuff back in the garage behind the garage door motor as I don’t think he can do it! How sweet! My husband ask could we request him to install and he said “ Don’t worry we will be very happy with them”. We were very happy with both men. They too went out of their way to make sure our experience was great. One man was tall and thin and had a loud voice and the other was younger with a great smile. We would definitely recommend them.

My spring for my garage door broke and was not able to lift it manually- heavy duty and insulated. The service technicians Jeff G & Charlie showed up promptly, assessed the situation and provided 3 options with various price points. I opted to go with the rebuild/ replacement of ALL moving parts. They were great didnt try to push an agenda, simply provided me the facts and allowed me time to process options and outcomes. It didnt hurt when Jeff G and I discovered his wife and I work at Michigan Medicine, we actually work in the same chain of command- small world! I had my garage door installed 2/5/24. I am very pleased with the whole process. My technician Ivan Meyette was very efficient in performing the installation and completed it in a timely mannerall of the material from the old door was remove. Ivan did an excellent job explaining how to keep the door operating properly as well how to use the door. It is a much quieter door. I would recommend Precision Garage Doors to othersI especially like their emergency services and the fact that the representative who sold me the door worked within my price range and fixed my old door so it would operate on a limited basis..kudos Precisionjob well done.

Had a strut added to our garage door a few years ago and was going to get another one added. Was told we needed a new garage door and given an estimate. Scheduled for install within a week. Technician came and installed new garage door within an hour. He was very fast, efficient, and polite. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any repairs or getting a new garage door.
