I chose Precision because of their web presence. I’m glad I did. Our technician was very wise in the way of garage doors. He seemed to know all there is to know about our system. He was patient, and took time to explain what our problem was, and a couple of options to fix it. He gave us a senior’s discount without our asking. He resolved the electronics issue in ten minutes, and then answered all of our questions about our system. It was a pleasant and informative appointment, he is among the few service providers we will remember as being excellent, leaving us with our problems fully resolved and much more informed about the many features of our system we did not know even existed. The education alone was worth the money we paid him. We are very satisfied with Precisions service, and will call only Precisions for our automatic garage door system. Scott and Lauree

Dylan was absolutely incredible. He took the time to not only give his recommendations, but also explained WHY he was specifically recommending those options. While this time we chose to just do spring and cable repair, we're already looking at options for replacing the door. The first day he found the problem with my opener and indicated that he would have to come back the next day as he was out of the opener I wanted. Sure enough, he showed up today with the said opener, installed it and made sure everything worked. I am so very pleased with his professionalism and performance. I highly recommend this young man.
