Great experience - service tech Brad showed up on time, with everything needed for the job. Did a thorough eval of the door and all parts and shared a set of options for me to decide what to do now versus what to consider for later. He did great work, cleaned up afterwards and was super polite and attentive to details. Highly recommend this company for garage door issues!!!

Precision made it super easy to make an appointment. The tech, Patrick Stevens, was very timely and efficient. He took the time to give me different options and explained them all without pressure to go with the most expensive one. He was kind and respectful. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
