Brad is a special technician and person. He carefully analyzed all possible reasons that the door was not functioning properly. He explained them all to me and let me choose what I wanted him to do. He fixed the problem and the door now functions properly. All future issue have been documented in case additional problems occur. He was very pleasant to deal with, an honest man!

Then, he patiently explained the difference and recommended the best option base on his experience. Then, he finished the job professionally and politely went through the operation process, maintenance, and warranty. Overall, professional & polite. I would look for precision garage door if I have garage door issues.

As it turns out, the garage door/opener was not installed correctly. While he didnt have all the parts the first time, he came back the following day (a Saturday), worked for hours and essentially did a rebuild with a new garage door opener. The door has never worked as well as it does now. Thanks to Precision & Dalton. I highly recommend them.
