My installer Stefan did a great job. He called while enroute to tell me when he would arrive and when through the details of what the job entailed. When completed, we went through all the features and programmed my keypad and car opener, and cleaned up. Very satisfied!

My garage door was not working welland then stopped. I called Precision Garage Door. Appt was easy to schedule. Dalton came on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very good with explanations. As it turns out, the garage door/opener was not installed correctly. While he didnt have all the parts the first time, he came back the following day (a Saturday), worked for hours and essentially did a rebuild with a new garage door opener. The door has never worked as well as it does now. Thanks to Precision & Dalton. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service provided by Daniel. Really grateful he was able to help me with getting the correct door opener and reprogramming it. He had a very inquisitive energy which was incredibly enjoyable to be around. Great service and great company in the very quick 30minutes we spent together. The whole process was very smooth and unobtrusive. Made my appointment and the technician was there early in the time window allotted. Mike Jolly showed up early and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me several options for levels of repair. I chose the least expensive to start; he told me the others could be added on once we had the springs replaced. After replacing the springs, the noise from the rollers had me replace those also. Mike did the repairs quickly and go me on my way. Great job!
