We had seen or heard Precision garage door advertised many times so decided to do some research. I found the entire process of scheduling, choosing an option and installation very easy. A spring broke so that we couldn't open the door. We called several door service providers and couldn't get any service. We called your company and was provided service the same day. Service technician Patrick Stevens arrived and made required repairs. Patrick was very polite and helpful. Our door is about 58 years old and is in need of replacement. Patrick gave us a quote for a replacement and we had him place an order.

Everyone at Tri-County Sportsmans League loves our garage door from Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan. The whole process was easy from beginning to end. The door design is very attractive, and has smooth & easy movement. Love the color! We had a hot mess for a garage door before Precision. Our rails used to be low, and everyone would gouge their heads on them. It was an old style that would go outward before it would go downward, the wind had caught it a few times, so it was bent, and we used a cinder block to hold it simi shut, (it didn't close all the way). Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan fixed all those problems! We no longer gouge our heads, the door moves easy and lightly, we no longer need the cinder block, and it looks attractive. Our garage door stopped working because of a raccoon and other reasons. I called Precision Garage Door because they had installed our garage door over 15 years ago. Scheduling was easy and Steve arrived promptly the next day. He gave me a Good, Better, Best quote and made recommendations based on the condition of the door. (16 years old). I chose the Good quote. Steve was done in a little over an hour with bearings, lubrication, and new springs. He was kind and helpful. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the cost. I did not get other quotes and that is on me but for the cost I could almost purchase a new garage door. The garage door does run very well now. I appreciate that and the quick response and service. The tech Steve arrived early in the timeframe and quickly assessed the repair needs for our 20-year-old garage door. Two hours later the springs, cables, and rollers were replaced. He was personable and professional.

I scheduled an appointment for a maintenance check of garage doors that had been installed by Precision approximately 3 years ago. The appointment time was between 10am and 2pm. Technician Alex Kliza arrived at 11:20 am. Mr. Kliza promptly went to work. He was pleasant, courteous and professional, assessed my doors and hardware, and made recommendations regarding what I may want to do in the near future.

Brad is a special technician and person. He carefully analyzed all possible reasons that the door was not functioning properly. He explained them all to me and let me choose what I wanted him to do. The reason I called Precision Garage Door because in January 2020 I had a sudden door problem and a daughter called and a technician was able to come right away. It was chaotic because we had a death in the family. He was prompt and did a great job. My recent garage door problem happened at the end of last week. I called the next morning after Memorial Day. Again I could get an appointment and in an hour the technician was here. He assessed the problem, showed me 3 choices and completely let me decide which choice I wanted. He estimated it would take 1 hour, which it did. He had explained the problem, and afterwards showed what he had done. He was friendly, very professional, treated me with respect, explained how I can help with maintenance. Thank you!

A recent thunderstorm with high winds and flying debris ruined our garage door and we couldn't even open it. Precision had installed it new for us about 10 years ago, and we were highly satisfied then, so we called them immediately to see if they could help. Someone came out the same day and determined what we needed and Joshua Abt, their installer, came out a couple days later and installed the new door for us. He did an excellent job, made sure everything worked perfectly before he left, and made sure we were satisfied. We were highly satisfied with him and also the gentleman who came out to inspect the damage and quote us a new door. The price was very fair and we signed immediately. We've used Precision twice and won't hesitate to use them again in the future if the need arises.

Pat gave us a courtesy call first before heading to my house. He arrived on time ,examined the garage door issues, and gave us a various quotes/options. Then, he patiently explained the difference and recommended the best option base on his experience. Then, he finished the job professionally and politely went through the operation process, maintenance, and warranty. Overall, professional & polite.
