We had a great experience with Jeff Parkes and Anthony DeJesus. Both guys work really hard and pay great attention to detail. Even the wires that won't be noticed are so neatly placed. Absolutely recommend them. Plus the garage door is amazing. So quiet and it keeps the garage warm.

Terrence was very polite, professional and efficient. My garage door and rails were replaced and new electronics were put in position. I am ecstatic after having him explain how everything works. Excellent job.

The weather stripping was coming off our garage door and the sensors were off. Our technician, Mike, was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired. He completed the repairs efficiently and to our needs. He even took the time to educate us on the future concerns we might encounter down the line with our doors. So glad we went with my dad's recommendation of Precision. They are the only call to make. Thanks Monica & Eugene

Brian was the person I dealt with and let me tell you he was truly professional and gave me great customer service. He answered all my questions and gave me various options for different packages. Brian was very helpful and always had great intentions to give me various options to help me. I would highly recommend this company and Brian to anyone as he is very helpful and gave phenomenal customer service. He was very honest about everything and in my opinion had a lot of integrity.
