My approximately 30-year-old garage door opener finally died over the weekend. I decided to go with Precision to have a new opener installed. Brian Ciminelli, Technician, was professional, answered all my questions, and also talked about options to replace additional hardware parts on the garage door mechanism (original springs, rollers and other hardware), and provided three different quotes depending on how much he would replace/install. I did not feel like I was getting a hard sell, and he addressed and thought of things I never thought of. The door opens and closes quieter than it ever has, I now have a battery backup model for the inevitable power failure, and peace of mind knowing that everything is newer and operating much more smoothly. Thank you!

Technician Joey arrived within less than 2hrs into the 4hr window I was given in my early morning call. He was very pleasant and efficient, explaining every detail in diagnosing the issue(s) with our garage door and opener. He estimated under an hour for the repairs and completed them in just over 1/2 hr and that included making a couple of maintenance-type adjustments that were not part of the specific repair he was summoned for. My battery backup needed to be replaced. I called and was able to have a technician scheduled for the next day. My technician Brian was very professional and quickly assessed the situation. Five stars are not enough!!! This is the second time Precision Garage Door Service has come to my rescue on a Sunday, and within a couple hours had my garage door working beautifully. The first was in my former home, so when the garage door opener in my new condo started acting demon possessed, of course I immediately called Precision. The next morning (a Sunday) at 8am, Joey the garage door expert arrived. I love the fact that Precision sent me a text with his picture BEFORE he arrived! Joey explained what was wrong with my current garage door opener, then gave me several options & prices to remedy the problem. He gave me exactly what I asked for: a new garage door opener with battery back up, and an outside key pad. Joey had the installation complete in less than 2 hours! Then he clearly explained the operation of the new opener, answered all my questions, cleaned up the worksite and even removed the old opener. And Joey did all that with a polite respectful attitude.
