This is the second time I used Precision. I called back since I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2021. Phone operator was very helpful. She was able to schedule me in just a few hours on a Sunday. Eric, the technician, was very efficient and knowledgeable... extremely nice too. He helped make an unpleasant inability to get out of garage, bearable!

Service was very quick and the person that came out was very nice and very professional. The chain on my garage door opener had come off and it turns out it was because the gears inside the opener were shot. The opener is probably 15 years old, so I was not surprised. What did surprise me was the quote to replace it. I was quoted 1490 dollars to install a standard residential garage door opener. That same "top of the line" opener I could purchase for 300-400 dollars, so 2 hours of labor to install they wanted over 1000 dollars! Highway robbery and just an attempt to get a sale hoping people don't have any clue what things cost. I went and purchased a new Chamberlain garage door opener for 209 dollars and installed it. If you need a simple repair they are probably great, the person I had come out seemed knowledgeable and polite, but their prices are ridiculous.

Age & extreme cold caused my garage door to split. A friend recommended Pecision Door. Right from the start they were a pleasure to deal with. Brad Rambo was personable, and more importantly, knows his business. He worked with me & found me a deal. The installers were early and were done in 2 hrs. Thanks Eric and partner (sorry, didn't catch your name). A cable release was odered and available for install, but a broken drill bit prevented installation that day. No problem. Tony came out 2 weeks later and quickly did the install. What stuck with me most was how happy and friendly they all were in a very surley world. Refreshing. I will recommend Precision Door enthusiastically.

We called Precision in desperation when we couldnt even open the garage to take kids to school because the springs of the door had broken. They were able to send someone out within two hours of my call and Jason finished the job in two hours too. I probably wouldve given them 4.5 or 5 stars but the after the appointment we finally had a chance to look at other places and others may have been only a couple hundred dollars less. But we didnt have much choice on a weekday.

Lost power to my garage and didnt realize it. Checked breaker box, all good. Three remotes and none would work. Couldnt find the key to override automatic door and gain access to garage. First, I called two different locksmiths, neither of which could tell me if they could remove the lock and install a new one. Then I called Precision. Technician Erik showed up promptly at the beginning of my estimated service time slot (on a Sunday morning) and quickly got the problem resolved. He tested the door to make sure everything was adjusted and working properly. Eric was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience with Eric.

Joey C was our Precision representative. Asked for service on a door that wouldnt close all the way. Joey solved the problem but gave us the bad news that the door was deteriorating. Provided an estimate for a new door. All without charge on a Sunday. Great service!!

Steve did an awesome job replacing my garage motor. It blew out from a surge and I was able to call and and get it replace the next day. Not only did the motor get replaced but so did the rollers. They were replace with bearing rollers and the garage is super quiet now. Would recommend Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan!

Excellent service. Garage door wasn't functioning properly by remote control. Technician Mike Jolly came resolved the issue, pointed out maintenance issues that needed to be resolved, explained them clearly and answered all my questions. I agreed to get all the issues taken care of to avoid any future problems. Mike was friendly, courteous, and is an expert in his profession. The service price was reasonable and work guaranteed. I recommend Precision to everyone that needs garage service.

I was extremely satisfied with the entire process from getting an inspection to the installation of the new garage door. The technician who came to assess and plan the replacement door was Brad Rambo. The approximate time given to get the replacement door ready was 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks a date was given to install the door. For installation, Joshua was the team leader. He showed 15 minutes earlier and within two hours the new garage door was installed.
