We had an issue with our garage door opener. We called precision door and they came out in a matter of hours. Patrick Stevens was the technician who came to our house. He rapidly diagnosed the problem and set about fixing it right away. Patrick was fast, friendly and courteous. We have used Precision Door multiple times in the past and have always received exceptional service. I would highly recommend them.

Rick from Precision Garage Door provided us with an estimate on a new garage door this morning. He was very nice and prompt, showing up exactly when he said he would. He was very informative and listened to what we wanted. He did not try to push a more expensive garage door on us. He was very thorough in his explanation of the estimate and what the process would be moving forward. A very pleasant experience!!

We had our garage door serviced by Brian C. from Precision Garage Door. Service Was very professional with the repair of our garage door spring which brook the day before. We have used Precision for the last several years and recently had to replace the garage doors. The sales team helped us select the doors we were looking for to differentiate the house and the install team were awesome. We had an accident with the main door. He didn't try to upsell, he educated me on what was wrong and gave me options on how best to solve the problems.
