Jeff showed up on time , the door didnt make the same noises that it has made for in the past , but with his experience he knew what I was as talking about he made some adjustments to the hinges and it worked much better with less noise. I called Precision garage door of southeast Michigan because the spring of the garage door broke .That was Saturday though they can do it on the weekend I made the appointment on Monday morning . The technician came on time inspected the. door then explain to me what is to be done and the cost . I agreed. and he finished it in no time ..He showed me how the door worked . I was very impressed with Precision Garage Doors responsiveness. I called this morning at 7:00am because one of my springs broke and the door could not open. Someone was at my house in less than 2 hours. Eric was my technician and he was outstanding. He was very profession, personable, and also helped fix my other garage door at no extra charge. I highly recommend this business and Eric specifically. Update: I started having another garage door issue and was lucky enough to get Eric again. I hope I dont have any more issues in the future but if I do- I will be calling Precision Garage Door again and will ask for Eric. Thanks again!
