I called Precision garage door of southeast Michigan because the spring of the garage door broke .That was Saturday though they can do it on the weekend I made the appointment on Monday morning . The technician came on time inspected the. door then explain to me what is to be done and the cost . I agreed. and he finished it in no time ..He showed me how the door worked . I cant believe it worked like brand new .For sure I will recommend Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan to my relatives and friends .

Precision Garage Doors service is extraordinary. Courteous, professional and technically proficient. Steve was our service technician and he was prompt, he did not waste any time in identifying the problems and addressing them to fix them. Two thumbs up for this vendor!!!

I was very impressed with Precision Garage Doors responsiveness. I called this morning at 7:00am because one of my springs broke and the door could not open. Someone was at my house in less than 2 hours. Eric was my technician and he was outstanding. He was very profession, personable, and also helped fix my other garage door at no extra charge. I highly recommend this business and Eric specifically. Update: I started having another garage door issue and was lucky enough to get Eric again. I hope I dont have any more issues in the future but if I do- I will be calling Precision Garage Door again and will ask for Eric. Thanks again!

I'm really happy with my new garage door and opener. The sales person (I forgot his name) was very helpful and low pressure when helping me select a new door and opener. Installation went very smoothly. Terrance and Jaime went out of their way to provide excellent service. They even made a short instructional video for me since I've recently had foot surgery and couldn't get outside!

Precision Door was able to come out same day (on a Sunday) and repair my door after it had stopped closing. Pat was friendly, professional, and was able to resolve the issue in under an hour.

Had Precision Garage Door out to replace the springs on our garage door today and they sent Steve Wells. He was excellent and was here when he said he would be. Steve did excellent work for us and we would definitely use them again!

The process from beginning to end was superb! I was easily able to book an appointment for the next day on their website. That alone is unheard of In todays World. The specialist Mike was awesome. He arrived promptly, explained the process from beginning to end, and was super efficient in getting us our brand new garage opener installed. He also helped Us set up our garage door app on our phones. Just an awesome experience. I highly recommend

We had an issue with our garage door opener. We called precision door and they came out in a matter of hours. Patrick Stevens was the technician who came to our house. He rapidly diagnosed the problem and set about fixing it right away. Patrick was fast, friendly and courteous. We have used Precision Door multiple times in the past and have always received exceptional service. I would highly recommend them.

Rick from Precision Garage Door provided us with an estimate on a new garage door this morning. He was very nice and prompt, showing up exactly when he said he would. He was very informative and listened to what we wanted. He did not try to push a more expensive garage door on us.
