Garage door bracket and cables were replaced. the brackets had broke. Service was great.

Answered call on a holiday weekend. Technician was scheduled for following day. Technician called 30 minutes before arriving. Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, was thorough in investigating our problem. It’s good to know there is a company that values its expert service. Don’t waste your time and money on other companies. This one is the best!

I choose Precision Door because they previously installed the garage door opener. We had a short electric power outage and it seems to mess up the garage door opener programming. Everything was restored to its previous level. And an inspection of the garage door yielded a few bolts that needed to be tightened up.

Follow up on Precision garage door rebuild from a year ago. Issue: new cable wire catching the side of the door on the left side. Joey came early(called ahead of time to see if okay). He assessed the issue and came up with a plan to fix. Loosened the springs, loosened the cable take up wheel, loosened the bracket securing the wheel, moved about half inch then tightened everything up in reverse order. Problem solved in about half hour. Door works great now. Joey was very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions.

I set up an appointment for Wednesday 6/3/26 around 10:00am. I was notified by Mr. Dan Duvall that he was on his way, on time. We met, he was very friendly and professional. The lift to my shed door became disabled. Mr. Duvall listen to my comments, check the motorized unit and we both determined that a replacement would be best for my door. The unit was about 25 years old and replacement parts if possible would not be best for a long term operation. Mr. Duvall, gave me an estimate and I gave him the go ahead to replace the unit. He was fast, neat, clean up all the boxes and old unit. I ask a lot of questions, got good in dept answers, he was very curious and pleasant to talk to. He work very professional and when finish explain the new operation procedures. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service company and Mr. Dan Duvall for any garage door problems. A great company to call for repairs, and great service personnel like Dan Duvall to preform repairs as needed.

I was extremely satisfied with the entire process from getting an inspection to the installation of the new garage door. The technician who came to assess and plan the replacement door was Brad Rambo. The approximate time given to get the replacement door ready was 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks a date was given to install the door. For installation, Joshua was the team leader. He showed 15 minutes earlier and within two hours the new garage door was installed.

I accidentally knocked my garage door out of the track on one side. We were having a garage sale the next day, so Precision sent Joey C. out that very afternoon. Pay Steven's showed up at 7am to fix my garage. We couldn't open or close it because the sensor was knocked off. he was able to fix it and also inform us of that incorrect placements, our builder did when installiment it.
