I accidentally knocked my garage door out of the track on one side. We were having a garage sale the next day, so Precision sent Joey C. out that very afternoon. He was so nice, very calming, since I was freaked out! He fixed the door quickly and for a reasonable price too!! I would definitely use this company again!!!

Pay Steven's showed up at 7am to fix my garage. We couldn't open or close it because the sensor was knocked off. he was able to fix it and also inform us of that incorrect placements, our builder did when installiment it.

It was very easy to schedule a service visit with an option of choosing the available time slots for the day - Steve Wells the technician called 30 mins before showing up as promised. Steve was very professional and thorough in his analysis of the job , explaining of what required to be done with options and cost - once agreed - to my pleasant surprise he finished the job quickly and efficiently . Having the required material stocked up in his vehicle helped in the execution. I highly recommend using services of Precision Garage Doors .

I had a broken torsion spring on my garage door and gave Precision a call. They were able to set up a same-day appointment (on a Saturday) that fit into my schedule. Pat Stevens came out and assessed the situation and explained everything that was going on with the door. He gave me options for repair, and was very genuine in his breakdown. I never felt like he was trying to get over on me. Pat was very efficient in his work, and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Precision for any garage door needs.

They were very well-organized and efficient. I loved the technology they used for updating me (sending a text and email with a photo of the technician is a great way to make customers feel comfortable). The technician arrived early (called first to make sure it was okay), did not try to upsell me, and was done in no time at all. Everything works great! When I heard the noise on Friday night, I knew it was nothing good but it wasn't until I tried to open the door to go to church this morning that I realized I had a broken spring and I needed help. Enter Precision Garage Door of Southeast Michigan and their skillful and timely technician, Eric Hathaway. I called around 11:00 and was given a 2:00 appointment time and Eric Hathaway made good on that. He called me to confirm he was on his way when he arrived he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. I was concerned that he might have to go for parts but he had everything on hand. He offered me three different door reconstruction options with three different warranties and three different price points and I was able to choose the one that suited me. He did a good job and he cleaned up after himself and he made sure that the door functioned before he took off. He was cheerful and attentive to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I'm very pleased with the work he did.

I was extremely satisfied with the entire process from getting an inspection to the installation of the new garage door. The technician who came to assess and plan the replacement door was Brad Rambo. The approximate time given to get the replacement door ready was 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks a date was given to install the door. For installation, Joshua was the team leader. He showed 15 minutes earlier and within two hours the new garage door was installed.
