Brad Rambo was very professional and thorough after surveying our situation and also in explaining what he thought he would have to do to correct our problem. He began work and after completing the repairs in a timely manner he went over everything he did to complete the job. He also gave us a lot of confidence in mentioning all the good features our door has including the condition. This is the second time I used Precision. I called back since I was satisfied with the service they provided in 2021. Phone operator was very helpful. She was able to schedule me in just a few hours on a Sunday. Eric, the technician, was very efficient and knowledgeable... extremely nice too. He helped make an unpleasant inability to get out of garage, bearable!

I called in this morning to schedule an appointment to look at my garage door that came off the tracks. To my pleasant surprise, a technician (Stephen F) was at my house in under an hour and a half! Stephen arrived and gave me a detailed quote with three options for me to choose from. He was extremely thorough walking me through the pros and cons of each option available. Once I chose my path, he went right to work. He did an incredible job, my 22 year old door now works just as well as the day it was installed!

Pat Stevens was very informative on the condition of my garage door & Opener prior to the service and after the service was completed. Arrive promptly and called ahead to let me know he was on the way. When he was finished he provided some insight on maintaining the door, the hinges, the opener and was very easy to understand and talk with. Great service tech and very personable.

Precision Garage doors were quick to send Erik on a Sunday to fix our garage door. Erik identified the issue and was very polite, professional and explained the issue and cost before replacing the safety eye. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Precision again!
