Precision Garage was GREAT!! The problem occurred around 3PM and within the hour, Technician Mark Kucel called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. Mark reviewed the problem and began the repair. Mark's professionalism and efficiency had my door back in operation in no time. My next door neighbor asked about the service and price. This is my second five star review for Precision Garage Door! The first was for the initial appointment with Jeff to get the door installed. Stephen installed my new garage door with the garage door opener and keypad! Stephen was able to start the job early did an excellent job on the install! The garage was clean with no debris left over. He took the old garage door and opener away. He showed me how to use my new door and programmed the key pad too! Stephen was professional and very kind. My Mom said will be getting her garage door from Precision Garage Door!

Jeff was excellent. He called and informed me he was on his way. When he got to my home he introduced himself and I told him about what was going on with my garage door. He looked everything over and inspected everything. I need a new garage door, but they have affordable pricing and quick turn around time. On my initial call to the company they had quick appointment times and they sent me my appointment information by text and email. The receptionist was great too! They'll be coming out soon to put my door on!

My garage door stopped working late in the day on Tuesday. I called Precision Door on Tuesday and was given a window of 7 - 11am on Wednesday morning for the repair. I received a call from Shawn about 7:05am; I explained my issue and he informed me he would be out about 7:50am. He arrived on time, looked over my garage door issue and provided a quote within 5 minutes. I asked how long the job would take as I had an event in the afternoon. He assured me I would be able to make my event and that he would be done by 10am. He completed the work shortly after 9:30. I was very pleased with the end result and the pleasantness of Shawn. I highly recommend Precision Door and Shawn as the technician!

I knew my garage door had issues ,so I called on a Sunday evening. This morning Mark Kucel Field Manger called first thing. By this time I could get the door open. Mark came reviewed the door mama in spring was broke in two places, but I also had minor issues. Mark gave me a quote and had the door working in no time. He was very professional and Im so glad I called and had Mark to do all the repairs.
