I was extremely pleased with MY tech Matthew Boutin . He was polite and easy to talk to , informative and answered all my questions . My garage door was in a sorry state and chose Precision because of the comments I read on their website , I am happy to say Matthew exceeded all the wonderful comments . He went well above my expectations ! Also I was amazed how easy it was to set up an appointment and how quickly Precision responded to my request . The appointment window , the call when he was on his way , the picture that was sent to me of Matthew so I knew who he was . Very professional and safe !!!! My first experience with a technician pushing repair packages over the years of garage door problems, it’s always been “ they see the problem, and they fix it.” I suppose he did what he was trained to do ,and he did it well. Very professional! But don’t try to sell me on things I don’t need. I worry that these techniques for over-the-top sales gimmicks may confound other senior citizens to purchase things they don’t need. Thank you

Mr. Mark Kucel was an excellent serviceman. As you stated, very experienced with over 30 years of service. The repair didn't take very long. Only issue I had was that it took a very long time to get a call back from your Warranty Department so I knew what type of existing warranty I had on my garage door and hardware.

Precision Garage was GREAT!! The problem occurred around 3PM and within the hour, Technician Mark Kucel called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly. Mark reviewed the problem and began the repair. Mark's professionalism and efficiency had my door back in operation in no time. My next door neighbor asked about the service and price. This was our first encounter with Precision Garage Door. It was relatively easy to schedule a date and time for our repair that was convenient for us. Eric Heckroth, our technician who did our installation, took the time to go over different packages that would address current and future issues. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. We did end up replacing the springs, bearings, rollers, and cables. Overall, we are very pleased with our garage door repair and the company.

I looked at a number of Garage Door repair businesses on line , several looking good but something just impressed me. I looked at the reviews and the personnel, and many looked like they were skilled. I really liked the technician Jeff and saw he had 100% good reviews. Lo and behold he was my repair man. He knew immediately what I needed and gave me 3 options to choose from. I opted for the one that fit my needs and budget that was in the middle. The wire was first class with great explanation what was replaced. Love the 5 year warranty and glad I chose Precision. Mindy in the office was also very helpful in setting up the appointment which was very timely and well fit in my schedule. Received a new spring, cables, and rollers. Am glad I chose this company!

Door was repaired but took too visits. Tech was very polite and good.Only mishap was when he remover tension on door springs and lowering the door one of steel lines sapped and broke one of the insulated glass windows of which I need to have made.

We called Precision out to fix our garage door. After talking with the gentleman we decided a new door would be best. They came out yesterday bright and early and installed it.
