Mark was a very nice guy, who knew his business and explained everything to me that needed to be done. He worked diligently and finished the work promptly and cleaned up afterward. Some of the work was covered under warranty and some of it wasn't. He explained which items weren't covered under warranty and why they weren't covered. I have had other work done by Precision and have been happy with the results.

The service tech, Mark, was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He did a full service on our garage door and opener. He explained what he was looking for and if needed to be replaced. Since the door was not serviced for several years, he suggested replacing most of the hardware. The opener was well past its lifespan, it had to be replaced. Mark was thorough and answered all of our questions. He did a great job! We would recommend him.

After 23 years, our garage door opener stopped working. We needed same day service, we called another company and got a 'bot', we then called Precision and a real live person answered the phone. We got service the same day. Matthew came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and also pointed out that our springs were on the verge of going, and our door was cracking, something we hadn't noticed. We ended up purchasing a new opener and garage door. We would definitely recommend Precision garage door service.

I had an issue with my motor, Jordan came out diagnosed the issue quickly. He gave me options for a quick cheap fix or explained how old my motor was and would eventually need replacing. Jordan was professional, polite, and not pushy to make a sale. I ended up replacing my motor with a new unit, Jordan installed it all in less than an hour. If I could give Jordan more than 5 stars I would.

He replaced the (dead) backup battery on my garage door opener and was patient enough to answer all my questions about lubrication and my wall keypad. Insanely expensive. $470 for just the bottom rubber when I asked for all the seals replaced. They want "at least an additional $300" to come back to do what we thought we had agreed on replacing all rubbers. Hard upsell attempts at insane prices. No meeting of the minds on what "all rubber" replacement is, what an expensive waste of money.

My first experience with a technician pushing repair packages over the years of garage door problems, it’s always been “ they see the problem, and they fix it.” I suppose he did what he was trained to do ,and he did it well. Very professional! But don’t try to sell me on things I don’t need. I worry that these techniques for over-the-top sales gimmicks may confound other senior citizens to purchase things they don’t need. Thank you

Mr. Mark Kucel was an excellent serviceman. As you stated, very experienced with over 30 years of service. The repair didn't take very long. Only issue I had was that it took a very long time to get a call back from your Warranty Department so I knew what type of existing warranty I had on my garage door and hardware.
