My garage door wouldn't open so I called Precision and they sent a technician out the next day. Jordan showed me what the problem was and made a temporary fix. He ordered a part that was supposed to come in in 3 to 5 weeks. When it came in a different technician, Anthony, came and installed the new panels and the garage door is working just fine. I'm very happy with the service I've had from Precision and from their staff especially Jordan who determined the problem and Anthony who fixed it!

Had an incident this morning. A spring broke on my garage door. I scrambled around to find a company to repair it. I ended up finding Precision Garage Door on line. Fortunately, there was an opening today. I booked a time and they were out as promised. I ended up getting both springs and bearings replaced. I had the tech also check the motor as it was 26 years old. Had to replace that also. Lucky for me that he was here for the other repair. Dylan, the tech, did an excellent job and was very informative with the operation details. I would highly recommend Precision Gararge Door to anyone needing repairs.

Steve showed up and immediately had a smile on my face with his personality. He knew right off of the top of his head everything that had to be done, and it was A LOT! I knew I was dealing with a man that took his profession seriously. He had an estimated time of completion and he nailed it to the minute. His explanations of every system detail and maintenance procedure was a no-frills, no nonsense approach that made it all easy to understand. A neighbor walked by and asked for his card because they were looking to have some maintenance done too and I genuinely felt that they were in the right place and right time because whatever they need, it’ll get taken care of. I’d give more stars if I could.

Poor communication between precision and technician. Gave quote for replacement gasket for bottom of door okayed, called 2 weeks later and it was never ordered. Needed to come back and measure again, what happened to first measurement and quote?

Scheduled same day service, which was nice. Cable broke on one side so had to replace. I thought the cost was a bit excessive. $666. He said because my door was wooden, and it is heavier that it would take longer. However, he was finished in 30 minutes. Maybe the price was more because I live in Birmingham.

First, and foremost, I appreciated the fact that Precision had a live person answering the phone. Not an automated system. My technician was in immediate communication with me once my service order was placed. Matthew Boutin, was very professional as he showed me what the issues with my garage system were. He even went so far as to tell me what each part's role was with my system. Matthew provided several quotes, with great detail, so that I could make an educated decision. Once my choice was made, Matthew got right to work and finished the job to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Precision and Matthew in the future. I had a very pleasant experience from call to finish. Thanks Matthew!!!!!!!

The Service was fabulous! We had 3 new camera Garage Door Openers put in! Dan D, our technician, was very knowledgeable & helpful. I had all 3 set up and working in the app before Dan left!
