Precision Garage Door is wonderful! We needed quick service on a Sunday morning and within hours we had an appointment and our garage door was fixed! Shawn was so nice, personable, and very knowledgeable about what we needed to be fixed and updated. The price was fair and no extra fees for being an emergency on a Sunday. Highly recommend Precision!

Had a spring break over the weekend and called Precision. Tech came out same day at scheduled time. Told me I needed 2 new springs, cables and new bearings. Quoted out 3 different packages ranging from $1900-$1200 all of which sounded ridiculous to me. I ended up calling another local garage repair business and had both springs and cables replaced for $395. They also said my bearings looked good but would recommend switching them next time I need a spring replacement. He said those would be $65/ea. End of the day I saved $805 on the repair. My advice, shop around. These guys are WAAAY OVERPRICED. Gave 2 stars because the tech showed up on time and was friendly.
Thanks for sharing your experience, Brian. We're glad our tech was prompt and friendly, but were sorry to hear you felt our pricing was high. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services and transparency. Your insights help us serve our customers better.
