This morning my garage door stopped working. I called Precision Garage Door Seevice & was able to book a repair appointment same day within a few hours! Mike Jolly was our technician. Absolutely Amazing experIence! He was very professional, very thorough & knowledgeable about his work! I felt completely safe & in good hands! This is my 2nd experience with this company & it has always been great.. no complaints at all!!! Keep up the great work & THANK you so much for your service!

Had a spring break over the weekend and called Precision. Tech came out same day at scheduled time. Told me I needed 2 new springs, cables and new bearings. Quoted out 3 different packages ranging from $1900-$1200 all of which sounded ridiculous to me. I ended up calling another local garage repair business and had both springs and cables replaced for $395. They also said my bearings looked good but would recommend switching them next time I need a spring replacement. He said those would be $65/ea. End of the day I saved $805 on the repair. My advice, shop around. These guys are WAAAY OVERPRICED. Gave 2 stars because the tech showed up on time and was friendly.
