This is the third time I have had my door serviced by precision. They were prompt in answering and scheduling my appointment, arrived on time, investigated, discussed issues and made necessary repairs. The first visit was a spring replacement; so material held up as expected. Last visit was a warranty issue. Again tech was A1. On time, personable, did the repair, explained issue, and made adjustments to minimize future issues. I give both the tech and Precision 5 stars. Thank you!

Our garage door is Fixed!! Patrick S took good care of us. He was right on time and explained everything hed need to do to fix the problem. He was easy to understand. Hes totally professional , polite and very kind. I highly recommend him! Hell take good care of your needs.

Precision Door provides great service all the time and that company i can't say enough there like johnny on the spot!! The service technician Mike Jolly who came out was fantastic he went above and beyond his service, very professional, down to earth,always smiling, and explained everything .
