I had a key pad failure on one of my garage doors. I went on line to make an appointment. To my surprise, I was able to secure an appointment for the next day. Patrick came out and was able to complete the required repair sooner than expected. While here, Patrick re-lubed both of our doors. Great service. Amazingly fast response. Spring broke this morning around 9 a.m., cars were locked in garage. Their technician Pat Stevens came out at 11 a.m., and had it up and running within an hour. Super courteous and professional. Highly recommend Pat and their service.

We had our doors replaced by Josh. He was fast and efficient and explained the maintenance needed every 6 months. Only thing we didn’t get to go over was setting up the app/wifi for the openers I assume that is straightforward to set up. Thanks to Precision Garage Door for our new doors!
