I had a key pad failure on one of my garage doors. I went on line to make an appointment. To my surprise, I was able to secure an appointment for the next day. Patrick came out and was able to complete the required repair sooner than expected. While here, Patrick re-lubed both of our doors. The quick response to my service call along with Patrick's friendly approach confirms why I selected Precision Garage Door to install our new operators and doors. I would highly recommend Patrick and Precision to anyone who is in need of new doors, operators or repair.

Steve Wells arrived earlier than what he called. He inspected the door with the opener issue and concluded the door system needed replacement due to its over 30 year old age. He showed us the choices and recommended the one with us after some discussion. Financing was available to us. Sometime in June is the projected replacement date. New openers will be installed for both doors. The current opener closing issue was fixed until door replacement.

Out Technician Steve Wells was right on time friendly and professional. He went over our door top to bottom and showed the parts that were warn and needed repair. He also pointed out the parts that were in good shape and the maintenance we should do quarterly to keep them in shape. Very pleased with the entire process. I would recommend Precision Door and Steve to anyone looking for garage door work.

Our experience with Precision was great. Tim Mason came out and did an evaluation after wed been having trouble with our door/opener. His findings were precise and meaningful for our safety and convenience. He gave us a breakdown on cost and installation for a new door and opener with several options. The next day Jason came out and installed our and opener efficiently and gave us the walk through on its operation and owner care. Two hours or so to put in our new product after clearing out our old stuff was amazing.

Pat Stevens of Precision Garage Door did an outstanding job replacing the bottom gasket to my garage door. He recognized that the old gasket was no longer made and then fabricated a base for the new gasket. Everything looks great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would hire him again.
