Out Technician Steve Wells was right on time friendly and professional. He went over our door top to bottom and showed the parts that were warn and needed repair. He also pointed out the parts that were in good shape and the maintenance we should do quarterly to keep them in shape. Very pleased with the entire process. I would recommend Precision Door and Steve to anyone looking for garage door work.

Our experience with Precision was great. Tim Mason came out and did an evaluation after wed been having trouble with our door/opener. His findings were precise and meaningful for our safety and convenience. He gave us a breakdown on cost and installation for a new door and opener with several options. The next day Jason came out and installed our and opener efficiently and gave us the walk through on its operation and owner care. Two hours or so to put in our new product after clearing out our old stuff was amazing.

Pat Stevens of Precision Garage Door did an outstanding job replacing the bottom gasket to my garage door. He recognized that the old gasket was no longer made and then fabricated a base for the new gasket. Everything looks great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would hire him again.

Garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get service the same day. Patrick called within minutes of making the appointment on line and arrived when promised. Did a great job and completed it in a couple hours. A storm passed through later that night and it felt good having the cars in the garage.

We had a new insulated garage dood and a Genie wall mounted opener installed yesterday. Our tech was Mr. Terrance Smith. Terrance was excellent, very professional, and really good at his job. On Friday night, Jan31, the garage door would cycle down but it would not go up and made terrible noise when it tried...plus the door opener mechanism shook like it would be torn off the ceiling and the belt was ready to snap. I pulled off the cover and found the main drive gear was destroyed. The next morning, Saturday, I called at 9:30am hoping to get a convenient appointment in a week or two. The receptionist said that someone could come out right away. At 10:15am Steve Wells was ringing the door bell. In 15 minutes, he had the opener, the garage door, the spring, cables, roller wheels and hinges inspected and provided his recommendations. He said that he had been in the business over 20 years and his expertise was obvious and reassuring. The LiftMaster door closer had been in operation since my house was built in 1994, which he said was way beyond any normal life expectancy. (My son-in-law bought a "newer," used home and his garage door opener self destructed in 8 years. So I decided to go with the Liftmaster product again. So far it has proven to be a pleasantly surprising, positive experience. I would expect some improvement in the product, since it's was 30 years old, but the improvements are dramatic. The opener is quiet and the door movement is swift with reaction time surprisingly quick. Steve balanced the door spring pressure and all of the moving parts so that the system works like a Swiss watch. He installed all of the accessories, inside and out, set all of the electrical components, explained all of the features and was ready to leave with, no trash left behind, within 2 1/2 hours. I could have struggled to do it myself, as I have been a technician for years, but the service, expertise, accuracy and the quality products offered made the investment worthwhile for me. If there is an opportunity to request Steve to do any work for you in S E Michigan, I would even wait for an for an opportunity to get on his appointment calendar if I needed future assistance. Like finding a good MD, you stick with a good one when you find one.

the removal of the old garage doors and the installation of the new ones was great considering the temperature of 7 degrees. Cesar V and Eric F were very fast and professional. the doors are extremely quiet and smooth. I do have three questions on the installation: 1 - on the bottom door stops (on both doors) - why is one red and one is green ? (shouldn't they both be green) 2 - why is there bare low voltage wires hanging down from the opener? 3 - why were the open/close buttons on the door end of the garage not wired back in? Thank you for the prompt service After a discussion with the personnel - I am changing my feedback to excellent. the questions were answered and Cesar V and Eric F had done the installation correctly
