Steve Wells is the technician that came out to replace our broken spring. He was very courteous and personable, he offered repair options and we selected the Better Option Restore package replacing all moving parts. He arrived on time and completed the repairs in one and a half hours. We were very happy with his service! I had a key pad failure on one of my garage doors. I went on line to make an appointment. To my surprise, I was able to secure an appointment for the next day. Patrick came out and was able to complete the required repair sooner than expected. While here, Patrick re-lubed both of our doors. Steve Wells arrived earlier than what he called. He inspected the door with the opener issue and concluded the door system needed replacement due to its over 30 year old age. He showed us the choices and recommended the one with us after some discussion. Financing was available to us. Sometime in June is the projected replacement date. New openers will be installed for both doors. The current opener closing issue was fixed until door replacement.

We had our doors replaced by Josh. He was fast and efficient and explained the maintenance needed every 6 months. Only thing we didn’t get to go over was setting up the app/wifi for the openers I assume that is straightforward to set up. Thanks to Precision Garage Door for our new doors!

Our experience with Precision was great. Tim Mason came out and did an evaluation after wed been having trouble with our door/opener. His findings were precise and meaningful for our safety and convenience. He gave us a breakdown on cost and installation for a new door and opener with several options. The next day Jason came out and installed our and opener efficiently and gave us the walk through on its operation and owner care. Two hours or so to put in our new product after clearing out our old stuff was amazing.

Garage door broke on a Sunday afternoon and was able to get service the same day. Patrick called within minutes of making the appointment on line and arrived when promised. Did a great job and completed it in a couple hours. A storm passed through later that night and it felt good having the cars in the garage.
