We had the best experience. Technician Jeff Gariepy was excellent! He was very well informed and explained every option and did a thorough exam of our current door. My wife and I were so impressed by Jeff's knowledge and experience. We could not imagine getting another technician that's how great Jeff was. We hope you guys recognize how great Jeff Gariepy is as well. We would love if possible Jeff could oversee our installation as well. I had a perfect experience! I made an inquiry on google on a Sunday afternoon to four companies for a quote. Precision was the first to respond. I had some questions that were looked into and answered without delay. I received a site visit within an hour of my call! There is a fee to get a quote but it is applied to the total bill. I was very pleased with Charles who did my quote. He was very forthright and personable and the quote was very reasonable. I scheduled my job for 6 days out. It was done yesterday. Charles did the work and did a great job! He was very meticulous and thoughtful in his handling of this project and the total cost was less than originally anticipated. I am very pleased. Will call Precision again instead of company I used prior.

I would like to say thank you to Terry Smith. He is a very nice and professional, and had a nice disposition too. He achieved the work of the garage door installed, in the time that was projected. Terry explained how to work the remotes, keypads, and key lock keys. He showed me how to use the garage door spray on the 10 hinges only. He took care of all paperwork, and called his office to get bill paid receipt, to be sent thru the mail for dad and me. He was very kind and neat. Thank you so much Terry Smith.

Jon arrived early to my house to replace my garage door and opener. Jon told me would take 2 hours. 2 hours later job was completed. Jon had me set up code for the keypad for entry, explained the remotes and the remote attached inside garage. Also gave me a spray can to oil the door every 4 to 6 months and what I needed to do. Everything was cleaned up and left the way it was. Thank you for an easy experience for an unexpected cost. Recommend Precision Door for all your Garage door needs.

These guys have been here several times over the last 5yrs trying to help me keep a worn-out, old garage door working. On their last visit I asked for a quote on a new door, rails and spindles. The price was very competitive. I ordered the door and hardware that night. A few weeks later Cesar arrived to take out the old and install the new. The door looks beautiful! Cesar shared with us a few details on what he did and why. He also mentioned some simple maintenance tips. Efficient, honest and great communicators.
