Josh was very helpful. He made sure remote, car remote and app on my hone worked. Also had me use emergency key for opening the door. Told me about lubricating hinges every 4 months. He didnt tell me he used one of my extension cords to plug into plug near floor rather than using plug on rafters.

Steve came out quickly and fixed our Large door that was not working after the power outage. He was courteous professional and did a great job! He also lubricated the door and gave me the rest of the can of Precision silicone type spray to me for future use. We will definitely use them when we are ready to replace the opener.
