Highly recommend. The booking process was seamless, and the communication impeccable. Eric, the technician, was kind, professional and honest. He told me exactly what the issue was, and provided multiple options. I never once felt pressured to spend more than I wanted to. He even fixed an issue with my other door. If I could give him 6 stars I would. If you need your garage door serviced, dont hesitate to call Precision!

Our garage door broke last night when we closed it, I called Precision this morning around 8am. Roughly 2 hours later the garage door works great!! Brian did a wonderful job! He gave me all of the recommendations, understood my situation and, I feel, went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much for making a frustrating situation much less so!

On a Saturday at noon the spring in my garage door broke and I couldnt get the door open. One call to a live person at Precision and my door was repaired by 4 pm. The tech, Steve Wells, was exceptionally professional and had no problem answering any questions I had. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Josh was very helpful. He made sure remote, car remote and app on my hone worked. Also had me use emergency key for opening the door. Told me about lubricating hinges every 4 months. He didnt tell me he used one of my extension cords to plug into plug near floor rather than using plug on rafters.

We called today and were given a same day appointment, our technician Brad R. Came out and got us a new garage door opener all set up and installed within a couple hours. Brad was amazing and walked us through our options beforehand, explaining everything in detail about every question we asked. We are very happy with our new equipment and the service we received.

Our garage door broke first thing in the morning so I called Precision. Within 20 minutes of my call they said they were on their way. Jeff Blehm was our repairman and he did an excellent job. They fixed the door quickly and showed us how to keep certain parts of the door lubed. Very highly recommend!!

Our garage door opener went bad and Brian Ciminelli was dispatched to fix our problem. Brian called advised me when he would be here, arrived on time and began locating the problem. Once he located the issue, he thoroughly explained what needed to be done, showed me the estimate for repairs. Brian did the repairs, ran into an issue with our door, advised he would be back in morning with a lead technician to fix the issue. Both men arrived around 8:00 am, fixed the issue, and were gone by 9:00 am. Both my husband and I appreciate Brian Ciminelli and Precision Door for the fast professional service provided to us. Thanks again Brian!!!

Our wall mounted garage door opener button was not working properly though the remote and keypad were. We called Precision Garage Door Service and Eric Hathaway came to our home the same day I called. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. It was an intermittent problem but he was able to diagnose and resolve it quickly. He allowed me to watch him work and was very patient answering my questions and explaining what he was doing and why. He also took the time to look at our doors (one single and one double) and openers and offer advice for future maintenance. I was very impressed with him and with Precision Garage Door and got his card and stickers for the doors so if I have any issues in the future, I will definitely call! The price was very reasonable.
