Our garage door opener went bad and Brian Ciminelli was dispatched to fix our problem. Brian called advised me when he would be here, arrived on time and began locating the problem. Once he located the issue, he thoroughly explained what needed to be done, showed me the estimate for repairs. Brian did the repairs, ran into an issue with our door, advised he would be back in morning with a lead technician to fix the issue. Both men arrived around 8:00 am, fixed the issue, and were gone by 9:00 am. Both my husband and I appreciate Brian Ciminelli and Precision Door for the fast professional service provided to us.
