I was extremely pleased with MY tech Matthew Boutin . He was polite and easy to talk to , informative and answered all my questions . Shawn came out to repair a broken spring and also pointed out some aging bearings and rollers and why the replacement parts they use were superior. I could tell just by looking at them they were built to last much longer than the cheap, installation grade that came with the original install they were replacing. Shawn was very informative, patient and answered questions and I didn't feel I was being upsold. While the repairs were not cheap, I feel like I got good value and am confident my almost 20 year old garage door will not need any additional service unless my wife or I back out of the garage before remembering to open the door!
