Shawn came out to repair a broken spring and also pointed out some aging bearings and rollers and why the replacement parts they use were superior. I could tell just by looking at them they were built to last much longer than the cheap, installation grade that came with the original install they were replacing. Shawn was very informative, patient and answered questions and I didn't feel I was being upsold. While the repairs were not cheap, I feel like I got good value and am confident my almost 20 year old garage door will not need any additional service unless my wife or I back out of the garage before remembering to open the door!

After numerous calls that could not get anyone to come, Precision came within 2 hrs of my call. My door was fixed. The technician was very pleasant, worked efficiently and was completed within an hour. I would recommend Prevision in a minute.

Precision and especially technician Jordan did an exceptional job repairing my garage door. They responded quickly and Jordan was pleasant, honest and efficient with the initial estimate and work as I was concerned that the door would need to be replaced. Jordan explained that the door could be saved and why. I would highly recommend Precision and Jordan for any of your garage door needs!
