My service technician was Eric H, he was early for the appointment which was great. He did a complete overhaul of my door which was badly needed since most of the parts were 20-30 years old. Eric was very polite and explained everything he was going to do and the price. He did a little more than expected with out any extra charge. I would highly recommend precision garage door.

Dylan was extremely informative, patient, and thorough. 100% the reason that I purchased through Precision instead of another company. Ivan M. and Steve F. came and installed the new door without any issues at all. They were professional, patient and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend Precision for any issues with a garage door, Ive used them in Florida, and here in Michigan without one issue.
