The guy came out. My door was jammed up by one of my guest during the 4th celebration and the cable came off track. It caused some wheels to jump..he was so focused on selling me a door that he didn't want to repair mine. The other company was called and came an hour later and had my door up and running in 30 mins. Now days people don't have $3K to shell out right away but when I am ready I will call the company that was able to fix my door instead of the big company that was trying to only sell me one

My technician Jeff Parkes was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Jeff gave me a great tutorial of how my new equipment works and he gave me good insight for future projects. If all technicians are like Jeff, I would most definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to any and everyone.

Precision Garage Door of Plymouth was awesome. Brad Rambo came out to my house next day after i called and he got my garage door opener working again after power outage messed it up. He showed me some things i need to keep check of. Very professional. Really appreciated his help.
