Tech Josh Crudup was my tech, and he did a super job. He repaired damage door and springs Then installed a new door opener unit. He worked nonstop until job was done. The next morning Sunday wall unit was inop. I left a message and Monday he came found a pinched wire which he fixed quickly. Give this dedicated man a nice Review and raise too! My garage door froze, and the wire came off the wheel in about 7 degree weather on Sunday afternoon. The technician, Josh, arrived in the promised time frame (same day emergency service) and he was perfect. He diagnosed the specific issue within 15 minutes and then fixed it in under an hour. He definitely save my weekend. He was very professional and fixed the isssue with satisfaction. Would definitely recommend.
