First, and foremost, I appreciated the fact that Precision had a live person answering the phone. Not an automated system. My technician was in immediate communication with me once my service order was placed. Matthew Boutin, was very professional as he showed me what the issues with my garage system were. He even went so far as to tell me what each part's role was with my system. Matthew provided several quotes, with great detail, so that I could make an educated decision. Once my choice was made, Matthew got right to work and finished the job to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Precision and Matthew in the future. I had a very pleasant experience from call to finish. Thanks Matthew!!!!!!!

Steve, our technician, resolved our issues immediately. He throughly inspected our garage door and showed us other issues with the door. Replace broken spring. Was shown other worn parts that would need to be replaced in the near future. Decided to get a full rebuild so a call in the near future wouldn't be necessary. The work by Tim Mason was done expertly and quickly. Great experience!!!

Jeff Blehm was at my house an hour early which was great because I didn't have to worry if he was going to show at all. He was very thorough and explained everything Even called his office to make sure things would be right. I would recommend Mr Roof to anyone who wants it done right the first time.

From our initial phone call with Percision Garage Door, we knew they were different than the rest. They answered the phone and scheduled our service for the next day, a Saturday, right then. On Saturday morning, Eric Heckroth our technician texted, that he was on his way, & came out early. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable and explained, in detail what was replaced and why. We had a full rebuild, 2 Powder-Coated Torsion Springs, Center, Left & Right End Bearing, Precision Green Rollers, Left & Right 10, Torsion Cable 7,Vertical Track 7. All our needs were met From the Receptionist to Eric they are very customer service oriented!

Mark was very knowledgeable and courteous in addressing the problem with our garage door opener and remote. His inspection of the whole system was thorough assuring me that everything was in good working condition. Our opener is 11 years old and doesn't show any signs of wear. Remote needed to be reprogrammed. Precision garage door are the professionals we turn to!

On a Saturday at noon the spring in my garage door broke and I couldn't get the door open. One call to a live person at Precision and my door was repaired by 4 pm. The tech, Steve Wells, was exceptionally professional and had no problem answering any questions I had. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision came to the home in order to replace two panels that were driven into (bad mother-in-law). Steve (technician) was on time, friendly, and professional. I observed his work, and he explained everything that he was doing in detail. As an engineer, I like to know how things work, and he obliged me. Precision seems to hire friendly and knowledgeable people. This is a good business model. I would (and will) hire Precision for any garage door needs that I have.

The technician that removed my old garage door, and all equipment with it, and then put in all new hardware and opener, was Anthony DeJesus. He did great work. When he arrived prior to 8:00 am, he told me it would take him about 4.5 hours. That was exactly what it took him, and that included his cleaning up and wiping everything down. The new door looks and works great, same with the opener. I am very pleased with the work. Thanks Precision for a job well done!

Scheduled same day service, which was nice. Cable broke on one side so had to replace. I thought the cost was a bit excessive. $666. He said because my door was wooden, and it is heavier that it would take longer. However, he was finished in 30 minutes. Maybe the price was more because I live in Birmingham.
