My garage door wouldn't open so I called Precision and they sent a technician out the next day. Jordan showed me what the problem was and made a temporary fix. He ordered a part that was supposed to come in in 3 to 5 weeks. When it came in a different technician, Anthony, came and installed the new panels and the garage door is working just fine. I'm very happy with the service I've had from Precision and from their staff especially Jordan who determined the problem and Anthony who fixed it!

Scheduled same day service, which was nice. Cable broke on one side so had to replace. I thought the cost was a bit excessive. $666. He said because my door was wooden, and it is heavier that it would take longer. However, he was finished in 30 minutes. Maybe the price was more because I live in Birmingham.

First, and foremost, I appreciated the fact that Precision had a live person answering the phone. Not an automated system. My technician was in immediate communication with me once my service order was placed. Matthew Boutin, was very professional as he showed me what the issues with my garage system were. He even went so far as to tell me what each part's role was with my system. Matthew provided several quotes, with great detail, so that I could make an educated decision. Once my choice was made, Matthew got right to work and finished the job to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Precision and Matthew in the future. From our initial phone call with Percision Garage Door, we knew they were different than the rest. They answered the phone and scheduled our service for the next day, a Saturday, right then. On Saturday morning, Eric Heckroth our technician texted, that he was on his way, & came out early. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable and explained, in detail what was replaced and why. We had a full rebuild, 2 Powder-Coated Torsion Springs, Center, Left & Right End Bearing, Precision Green Rollers, Left & Right 10, Torsion Cable 7,Vertical Track 7. All our needs were met From the Receptionist to Eric they are very customer service oriented!

His inspection of the whole system was thorough assuring me that everything was in good working condition. Our opener is 11 years old and doesn't show any signs of wear. The technician that removed my old garage door, and all equipment with it, and then put in all new hardware and opener, was Anthony DeJesus. He did great work. When he arrived prior to 8:00 am, he told me it would take him about 4.5 hours. That was exactly what it took him, and that included his cleaning up and wiping everything down. The new door looks and works great, same with the opener. I am very pleased with the work. Thanks Precision for a job well done!
