I was able to get a service appointment same-day (within an hour!) on a Sunday after being ghosted by the company I had used in the past. Jordan was so friendly and thorough and worked incredibly fast! The price felt high but I needed a complete rebuild and I have no idea what that should cost. I hope I won't need service again now for a long time but if I do, I will absolutely call Precision.

My tech, Stephen Freitas Jr., was very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. He presented me with several options to help me make an informed choice. Part way through the repair he noticed a couple other issues that he was able to resolve. He also kept me updated throughout the whole repair which I very much appreciated. Jeff Blehm came to my home on the same day I called to make an appointment. He review work done by another company and quickly understood the issue (garage door as not balanced, shredding one cable). Jeff made it a quick repair (replaced cable, tightened / balanced the springs, explained the services he was performing and how they would help), and then went the extra mile to install a new bottom seal, lubricated all hinges and automatic door opener track, and provided proactive maintenance advice to extend the life of my current door assembly. I appreciate friendly and knowledgeable technicians.
