Tio and Johnny were very professional, polite, on time, and very efficient. They both deserve 5 stars. The cost was the reason I only gave 4 stars. $1200 to replace the garage door spring in less than an hour is way too much.

They came out same day fixed a busted spring and refurbished the pulleys and rollers on a 30 year old door. I was able to lift the door with one hand when done. Steve Wells did it all in under an hour. Had another company fix a spring about 3 years ago it took them over 2 hours and they just replaced the spring. Had to wait 4 days for them to come out also.

Pat (and Precision) was amazing! I called to inquire about a new garage door spring, at 8:45 in the morning. They had a technician out here at 9:30 the same day. He just left at 10:45, with the job done excellently! I would highly recommend them. Just call them.

Diagnosed one dead battery (on one of two openers) and replaced with new battery. Also recommended future opener needs that will come with time. very personable and well have him quote. Any future work needed on our garage doors. Thanks, Pat!

Precision Garage Doors sent Technician Steve Wells out the day after I called, and he quickly and competently installed a new Genie garage door opener to replace my ailing 27-year old Stanley. The Genie is so much quieter than the Stanley and the remote control is better designed with a longer range. Thanks for the quick and competent service.

Brad Rambo came on a Sunday, at a time when my garage door was stuck open. I didn't realize how much my garage door was not working, even before it broke completely. He did a great job, was gracious and pretty efficient. Everything was completed within and hour and a half. I got new pulleys, a new spring, new wheels, everything was lubricated. And I love my new garage door system! Highly reconnected this company and Brad.

The techs name, Pat Stevens, did a fantastic job. He went way beyond the norm to make sure that everything was done properly. He secured loose fittings replaced needed parts and cleaned up after he was through. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
