Nearly a decade after my purchase, a spring broke. The labor & material replaced was once again hassle free. Pat Stevens even went a step further replacing cables and bearings as a precautionary step. Which was all part of the great Warranty that Precision included at time of purchase. Cesar was great. He did a wonderful job. Jeff came out to assist him with a few things. I had originally requested Jeff only because I know him they both were fantastic. There was a little mistake done when we had a roofing and siding job done so theyre gonna come back out after the roofer comes out and fixes as siding job. They wanted to look perfect for me. I would recommend precision door for anybody.

I was very pleased with tech Jeff G. Very prompt and knowledgeable. I explained my issue which was I needed my garage door to open more to keep my antenna on my new truck from clipping the front of the door. He said not a problem. He also pointed out some potential issues I could have in the near future.one of the cables was starting to unravel the other side was a little better. He also explained that the bearings where showing wear. Bottom line I had him fix all issues . He quoted me a estimated cost which seemed reasonable to me. He completed all repairs in a short time. Again very pleased. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door in the future based on my experience with Jeff G.

Stephen Freitas, Jr. - was on time, nice guy, new the problem and tried several times to resolve. Turned out it was the manufacturers issue and they need to come up with resolution for Precision Door to correct. I have already told several people about Precision Door. Wish they did more home improvements than just garage doors. Great company and field techs.
