He replaced the (dead) backup battery on my garage door opener and was patient enough to answer all my questions about lubrication and my wall keypad. This was our first encounter with Precision Garage Door. It was relatively easy to schedule a date and time for our repair that was convenient for us. Eric Heckroth, our technician who did our installation, took the time to go over different packages that would address current and future issues. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. We did end up replacing the springs, bearings, rollers, and cables. Overall, we are very pleased with our garage door repair and the company.

Door was repaired but took too visits. Tech was very polite and good.Only mishap was when he remover tension on door springs and lowering the door one of steel lines sapped and broke one of the insulated glass windows of which I need to have made.

He came in, looked over everything and gave me the best possible for my action that we should take which I think was very helpful. I normally do not give 5 star reviews as a person in the service industry I believe there is always room to improve. However, I am unable find any fault with Precision's process. I was informed garage door mechanisms need maintenance aside from lubricating moving parts. I got two quotes for the work and selected Precision for the work. The tech arrived early but I was notified via text and email. Erik was efficient, polite, and informative. I will be having them back in the fall to replace panel rollers. Definitely recommend Precision

We had a new garage door installed today by Josh Abt from Precision Garage Door. I was completely impressed with the job he and his helper did. They showed up on time and did a great job installing the new door. He corrected some mistakes the previous installer of the old door made and now it works perfectly. Josh was very thorough, the door itself is a much better door design than the old one. He showed us how to maintain it and explained the few improvements he made. He and his helper were very polite, got right down to business and had the job completed in 2 to 3 hours. I cant say enough positive things about Precision Garage Door and their installers! Top notch job. If you want the best, go to the best! Precision Garage Door Service! I'd add a video of the new door if yelp allowed me to but I don't see where I can.

From the first contract with precision it was a good start, making the appointment and getting service out for an estimate was great fast appointment. My appointment was for 8 A.M. and my service person was Jordan Wallace and he was here at 8 A.M. I was impressed and my installation of my 2 garage door openers was fast and efficient. I found myself needing a new garage door right before winter. Precision was able to come out the same day I called, and they had my new door installed within two weeks. (They had other openings, but my own schedule did not. They worked with me and got everything scheduled when it worked best for me.) My installer Stefan and his associate had everything installed in just a couple of hours, and they even took the old door and track away. Highly recommend.
