My first experience with a technician pushing repair packages over the years of garage door problems, it’s always been “ they see the problem, and they fix it.” I suppose he did what he was trained to do ,and he did it well. Very professional! But don’t try to sell me on things I don’t need. I worry that these techniques for over-the-top sales gimmicks may confound other senior citizens to purchase things they don’t need. Thank you

I cannot say enough good things about Precision Garage Door service in general and the technician Jeff Parkes and Installer Cesar in particular. Except for a significant hiccup with the Chamberlain opener which failed after the new garage door was installed, Precision Garage Door management stayed involved as I secured replacement parts and came back twice to make the needed repairs. No charge for the follow up. Jeff essentially rebuilt the opener at no charge. Darrell McNall operates a great business based on great customer service.

Fixed my garage door issue in less than 20 minutes and gave me tips on how to extend the longevity of my garage door and opener. If you can request him from Precision Garage Door Service you should! Also Precision Garage Door is awesome to work with. I called them based on Google reviews and was not disappointed. I had a same day appointment.
