Dylan Smith-Gailey was on time and extremely professional. He explained everything showed us pictures of our old garage door opener and what he felt needed to be replaced. He replaced our opener and cleaned everything after. He showed me how everything worked. I would recommend him to do another job.

We first used your company on a weekend when the springs broke on our garage door and we couldn't get our cars out. Your company was the only one who worked on weekends and you came out and fixed the problem. We had service, today to replace the side seals and bottom door seal, which rodents had chewed through. Our technician, Eric did an absolutely great job to help correct this problem. In addition, I am grateful for the military discount that Precision provided. We were so pleased that we referred our neighbor, who needed a complete garage door replacement.

They did a great job replacing our garage door. Jeff came out in no time at all to give me a quote. He was fair, honest and knowledgeable. Steve Franklin was out within the week to do our installation. It only took him a few hours and then he showed us how to maintain it. We decided to go from an old non-insulated to an insulated one. I can't believe the difference it made to the look of our home and the feel of our garage!
