Jeff called ahead and showed up at the beginning of the appointment window, which was greatly appreciated. He proceeded to patiently explain the issues I was experiencing with my door, along with options to remedy them. Once I chose the option I wanted, he proceeded to quietly and quickly complete the project, all within slightly more than an hour.

Could not have been better. My garage door motor died, and I needed it dealt with immediately. Precision Door came out within 90 minutes, and Jeff installed a new garage door mechanism that works perfectly. Timely response, timely completion, quality work. Highly recommend.

They did a great job replacing our garage door. Jeff came out in no time at all to give me a quote. He was fair, honest and knowledgeable. Steve Franklin was out within the week to do our installation. It only took him a few hours and then he showed us how to maintain it. We decided to go from an old non-insulated to an insulated one. I can't believe the difference it made to the look of our home and the feel of our garage!

He explained everything clearly throughout the process, which put me at ease. Beyond the repair itself, Stephen went above and beyond by providing valuable tips and how to properly maintain my garage door to prevent future issues.
