He explained in detail what I needed, giving me three different options. I now have a quiet, smooth operating garage door. Their TV commercials are authentic they are professionals. Very quick response, technician, Eric, seemed to be knowledgeable, experienced, and personable. Options were explained clearly but without pressure.
