Gave me a thorough inspection of my door, asked about my maintenance, and went over everything in the quote. My springs were 10 years old, but all other parts 22 years old. After reviewing suspect components, I chose to have a door rebuild with a five year warranty. The door functions smooth and quiet again. He did a great job inspecting the garage door components, gave me 3 quotes to choose and performed the job well and quickly, he even provided instructions on maintenance.
