I scheduled an appointment for a maintenance check of garage doors that had been installed by Precision approximately 3 years ago. The appointment time was between 10am and 2pm. Technician Alex Kliza arrived at 11:20 am. Mr. Kliza promptly went to work. He was pleasant, courteous and professional, assessed my doors and hardware, and made recommendations regarding what I may want to do in the near future.

A recent thunderstorm with high winds and flying debris ruined our garage door and we couldn't even open it. Precision had installed it new for us about 10 years ago, and we were highly satisfied then, so we called them immediately to see if they could help. Someone came out the same day and determined what we needed and Joshua Abt, their installer, came out a couple days later and installed the new door for us. He did an excellent job, made sure everything worked perfectly before he left, and made sure we were satisfied. We were highly satisfied with him and also the gentleman who came out to inspect the damage and quote us a new door. The price was very fair and we signed immediately. We've used Precision twice and won't hesitate to use them again in the future if the need arises.

I contacted Precision Garage Door Service to service and address issues I was having with my garage door. The garage door was installed during the time the house was built in 2001. I contacted Precision in 2009 to install a new garage door opener and they identified other minor service items (oiling the springs, etc.,) that needed to be addressed to extend the life of the garage door. This year (June 2025), I managed I managed to knock one of the door opener sensors out of place and was now having problems with lowering the door using the remote. I was able to schedule an appointment to have a service technician right away. Pat Stevens was the service tech who came out to assess the problem. Pat was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The issues I was experiencing were resolved by Pat in minutes. Although there were other age of garage related items I needed to address a year or two from now, I decided to have these items addressed while he was here. The spring on my garage door broke last night. I searched online for garage door repairmen in my area. Precision Garage Door was first search result. A little after 7am, I went to their website and booked a same day appointment for between 8-10am. By 7:30am, I had received a call from their technician, Pat Stevens. He asked what the problem was, I explained and said he'd be here by 8am. Once we hung up, I received a text from PGD showing his name and picture which was very helpful. He showed up promptly, surveyed the situation, we discussed the options, and he immediately got to work. He was very professional, courteous and did great work! I left him to it and checked in periodically. We had a pleasant conversation throughout and he was great about it. I would recommend both PGD and Pat to anyone needing these kinds of repairs. We just had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. They installed our garage door opener over 10 years ago. When it failed to work, I called them. They sent a technician out within hours. The technician, Pat Stevens, replaced the tension spring which had cracked in no time. He even reached out to the office and confirmed the part was under warranty with them. We were thrilled to have it up and running again so quickly and just for the cost of labor. Nowadays you dont tend to get something repaired for less than you expected. We chose Precision 10 years ago, because a neighbor told us about their great experience and how they stand by their work.
