Steve Wells showed 2 hours up early. ( photo text sent before) to help us with our garage door. He was informative, knowledgeable, personal, and got us a senior discount. Hope our new door arrives early too. Then we will have an installed, up to code ( back up power mode) before the cold weather.

Tech Jeff G installed a new garage door opener and serviced our existing components. He was very thorough and did a fantastic job. He explained why and what he was doing. Very personable guy. The new Genie opener is a big step up in technology, with longer opener range , wi-fi, battery backup, good internal lighting and more. Highly recommend Jeff and Precision Door.

My garage door torsion spring broke on a Saturday at 12 noon. One quick call and a very knowledgeable tech, Mike Jolly was here by 3pm. He explained what went wrong & why (builder grade spring) and 3 options to remedy the problem. Very efficient and organized. Had my spring replaced (upgraded spring) & door fixed in an hour.
