John was very helpful and informative. We are very pleased with John's service. He was able to change the springs and inspect the remaining parts / door. We did decide to replace the door witch will replace all the hardware as well. Waiting for the remaining product to be installed.

We have had Precision Garage Door out four times in less than a year since they replaced our springs. Each time, the technicians are very friendly and polite, but unfortunately the problem has never been fully fixed. Its frustrating having to call them back every month to month and a half for the same issue. While I appreciate their kindness and responsiveness when they come out, the repeated visits are getting old and I would have expected a longer-lasting repair.
