My garage door wouldn't stay closed. I called Precision Door on Friday afternoon and were there by Saturday afternoon. The service tech did his inspection and then communicated thoroughly about what he would need to do. The repairs were completed pretty quickly. The service tech that came out was great!!

He listed to my goals and issues for the service call, noted some of my concerns were unjustified, and pointed out other issues that were not an imminent threat but could be in the near future. Conner arrived early because he finished early with another customer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After looking over the situation of my garage door we decided to have the garage door replaced it is 21 years old. Tyler Kerry was our technician from Precision Garage Door today. He did an excellent job repairing and replacing needed parts on our garage door. He also gave us 4 options to choose from before beginning the work. We also received a 7 yr warranting for parts and labor on the work he did. He worked efficiently and everything is working so much better than before. We will definitely call Precision Garage Door again the next time we need work done on our opener or other garage door parts. They also came out the same day we called to make the repairs or we wouldn’t have been able to open the door and get a car out of the garage.
