OMGoodness! Do not hesitate. Precision Garage Door of West Michigan is the right choice! Bottom line from scheduling to paying for their service and repairs, the entire process was a great experience. I waited through the weekend thinking that when I called their office on Monday I would probably get put off a week or two. When I did make the call on Monday, I learned right away from their website. They were open 24 hours. Meaning, I could have called earlier because they have technicians working on the weekends too! That was a pleasant surprise. As I was on the phone holding for someone to schedule the appointment, the on hold information indicated I could go to their website and schedule a service call. So I thought, Ill go ahead and do that while Im waiting, but I have to admit, I was very skeptical about that process. I was surprised when I was able to schedule the service call for the same day a couple hours from the time I had made the first and only phone call! Even after I got the appointment confirmations via email and text, I was sure I was going to get a follow up message, letting me know that Precision could not honor the time I had scheduled. I was thinking theres no way they could come that fast. I was wrong! At the same time I got my confirmations, Jennifer came on the phone, took me off hold. I explained to her what I had just done (scheduling an appointment online). She was very helpful. She found my appointment and confirmed everything right there. I was also pleasantly informed there would be no service call charge unless there was no work to be done at all on my garage door. Keep in mind, I havent told anyone from Precision what my garage door issue was. Just a few minutes later, I got a call from the technician, Michael, asking permission to come earlier than my scheduled time. When Michael arrived, and after a brief discussion about the issue, he went right to work and figured out what choices I had to make the correct repairs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to understand. He gave me everything I needed to make a decision. From the options he laid out, I could even tell he had my best interest in mind. Once I made my selection, he went right back to work and everything was done within about an hour and a half. In a situation where I thought I was going to have a headache getting my garage door fixed, Precision, and their team, instead turned it into an enjoyable experience. I will definitely recommend them to anybody I know and feel comfortable doing so.

He was due to arrive at 4 and called about an hour earlier to say he was ahead of schedule and check with me to see if early arrival would be convenient. Nicholas Rugg showed up at the beginning of the scheduled service window, got our broken door open and we were able to get our car out so my wife could make her appointment. Our garage door spring broke this Saturday morning. Jon Consiglio from Precision Garage Door came out. First of all Precision had someone who could come. Second we were updated on arrival time which was when we were told he would be here. Jon had everything he needed so the job was done in a couple hours. He replaced the spring, some split hinges and I dont know what else. At the end he showed us how to lube everything we should be maintaining 3 times a year. Jon was great to work with. I highly recommend this business.

It's a scam. Their internet presence says they repair garage door springs, but when the technician gets to your residence he tells you that they only work on one type of spring. They wanted to charge me nearly $1500 to replace my broken spring! Then I was charged $75 for a service call that took 10 minutes. Stay away!

This was the second company I called after the spring broke on my garage door, trapping my vehicle inside. The first company was going to take 4 days to get to me. I called these guys at 8pm and had Nick at my house by 8am. Nick was helpful and informative. He did a great job and also was helpful in understanding future needs of my doors. I would highly recommend and would call again!

AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE, I needed a tech to get into my garage which was stuck closed, they got in through a side window which was fine and expected but they left all the glass and wood debris from it on the ground, didn't even bother cleaning that up. On top of that, they overcharged double typical rates for a new basic opener AND they programmed the door to open too far causing the tension cable to pop off and the door fell off the track in 3 different spots, an absolute pain!
