Our cables got unraveled and our door was crooked and won't go down but Judd was able to complete the task very quickly like no more than 10 minutes(?). It had happened while I was trying to leave for work, and I left work early to contact the company but it was after 6pm so I wasn't able to get in until the next day. Luckily, they had an emergency contact number and that's where Judd came through to help between 8-10pm same day. He was very kind and I appreciate the help for how late it was. Definitely recommend and the fee was fair and reasonable!

Jon serviced my whole garage door system with a safety inspection, and replaced the center bearing and the two torsion springs with professionalism and knowledge. He took the time to go over his work with me, tips on how to continue to maintain the function of the garage door, and inform me of parts that may need to be replaced in the future. Great experience with Precision! I called at 10:15 am for an unexpected garage door repair. The scheduler could offer me a time slot immediately for 10 am - Noon, which I happily accepted. My technician, Jordan, called when he was on the way and he arrived within about an hour of my call to schedule. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with answering my questions. He gave me extra time to think over the options. Jordan went over everything with me ahead of time, and again afterwards, and I felt like he wanted to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. This is the second time I have had Jordan out for service, and both times were 5 star experiences. I'll definitely be calling Precision again in the future. Highly recommend! Thanks, Jordan!

We booked a service visit after one side of our door lost spring tension and proceeded to blow out our vertical tracks on both sides. It was a mess. Judd came out and did an excellent job going over all the options to get us back up and running. Once we made a decision to move forward with one of the fixes he was able to perform the fix perfectly in a timely manner. The system Precision door uses to book and schedule appointments is outstanding. Doesnt require a call and there was no delay in getting a response. If all business owners used this system my life would be easier.

Had a great experience with Judd repairing our garage door equipment after our tension spring broke. We had the motor, springs, rollers, cables, and drums all replaced, and we love how quiet the new equipment is. Judd swapped us from an extremely loud chain driven motor to a nearly silent belt driven motor, and all the other equipment that was replaced left our operating smoothly and silently. He was great to work with, and we would highly recommend him for any garage door needs.

John repaired our garage doors after other companies had put a band aid on the problem. He noticed poor construction was to blame and he rebuilt the mounting system to do the job right. I would highly recommend him if your wanting the job to be done right the first time.

I called to get a repair appointment to replace a broken spring. I was told there was a three hour wait to get a technician. I accepted. Ten minutes later I got a phone call from the tech, saying he had time would it be OK to come now. i accepted again. The tech proved to highly knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. he had my door repaired in no time. Boy, am I impressed.

The work was completed in a timely fashion. I thought the cost was very excessive. Not having any knowledge of what the repairs entailed I agreed to the estimate. According to GOOGLE the repairs should have been about a third of what I paid. Live and learn. Get estimates before signing.
