Very quick and timely service. Called on a Friday and would have been there within the hour, but I opted for Saturday. Jeremy fixed the door right away and replaced the track wheels and made sure everything else looked right. Didnt try to upsell me on anything, even provided a warranty on the spring they didnt install. Door opens and closes 75% quieter now. Top class

Our tech (Judd) was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and so fast! I called with our issue (broken spring) at 2pm and by 4pm it was fixed! They have me a variety of pricing level options and helped me settle on what worked on our budget. The communication is great with confirming your appointment, informing you when you tech is on their way, and who the tech is ahead of time. I would definitely call them again!

We called Precision to come out and take a look at a door we were having issues with. Jeremy was prompt and explained what he was going to be checking very thoroughly. We had the opener replaced on the door we were having issues with and added one on another door we had not previously had an opener on. Jeremy did a great job on the installation and explanation of our new products. Would highly recommend Precision!

Within the afternoon of my call to Precision for service on my garage door, the technician arrived. Jeremy Parish pleasantly greeted me on the phone in advance to let me know that he was on his way. When I explained that in addition to the regular maintenance, I wanted the aluminum channel and seal replaced, he believed that he had in his truck what was needed. I appreciated knowing that. Jeremy met me with his totally professional manner. After a quick assessment, he told me the method of repair and installation. An hour later, the entire job was completed!
