I called these guys at 8pm and had Nick at my house by 8am. Nick was helpful and informative. He did a great job and also was helpful in understanding future needs of my doors. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE, I needed a tech to get into my garage which was stuck closed, they got in through a side window which was fine and expected but they left all the glass and wood debris from it on the ground, didn't even bother cleaning that up. On top of that, they overcharged double typical rates for a new basic opener AND they programmed the door to open too far causing the tension cable to pop off and the door fell off the track in 3 different spots, an absolute pain!

Jordan diagnosed my issues and explained my options. He was able to replace my 29 year old motor, and replaced parts that make the door open and close more smoothly. I am excited about the keypad and back up battery that will come in handy if there are power outages. I loved that he had all the parts on his truck and finished the work in less than 4 hours! He did an exemplary job, and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Eileen went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide assistance. She sent photos that were very helpful. She responded quickly through text, which was better for me. They scheduled for the same morning, we're on time. Jordan is very professional. He explained all of my options in detail. Including the top option with 5 year warranty for only $50 more than the same work no warranty, $10 bucks a year to cover everything that was done today. Would recommend them as a 10. Ask for Jordan.

Jeremy Parish was quick, friendly, and efficient. He made sure everything was working smoothly the whole time he was servicing our garage. He even made sure the door closed all the way with changing the setting on the motor. Also was quite assuring that the damages were repairable without trying to scam me into getting something I didn't need. Checked to make sure all the parts that move were moving properly and added some lubricant. I would say it was a very fair estimate. My door almost looks good as new. Even helped me with tips on how to keep the garage door in the best condition it can be in a long with tips on what to look out for as the door is original from 97'. Thank you guys for helping my family keep our dog inside.
