At 8am this morning the spring on my garage door snapped. I called Precision and they had a technician out here at 10am. My technician, Jeremy, inspected the door and laid out my options. Jeremy was knowledgeable and gave the pro's and con's of my options Was happy with the option I chose and Jeremy completed the work and was done just after noon. Fast, friendly and did an excellent job getting my door back in running order, better than it was before. Would highly recommend and use them again. Price was fair and work done the right way. One Happy Customer!

I called Precision Garage Door around 2pm today, hoping to get an appointment tomorrow, and to have my garage door working "before" we get hit with 14" of snow tomorrow. We called precision door this morning to help us program our key pad and fix our rubber strip on the door bottom. Jordan came out and found the problem in a short time. One of the numbers wasn't working. He fixed our door in a short time. Jordan was very professional and friendly. We have worked with them before and they are always very professional.

Came out the same day I called. Looked things over and gave me 3 quotes with various options. I choose one and that's what they did. Total time was just over an hour for inspection, quote and work. A little pricier than I had anticipated but good work doesn't come cheap. Overall I with please with their work.

Fast and friendly service at a reasonable price! My garage door broke on a Friday night and I was able to schedule a technician for the next day. Tyler Kerry was phenomenal. He's personable and explained his diagnosis of my door issue clearly with all my options for repair. I'll be recommending you when my family/friends have garage door issues! 2024 Update: My OTHER garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon, and I again called these guys. James came out on Sunday afternoon and had my garage fully functional before Monday morning again. Thank you!

Surprised by availability of same day service, which required replacement of both door spring. Tyler did the work in ~30 minutesall on New Years Eve! He is a very friendly and respectful individual. Thank you Precision. ps I didnt do a cost comparison with other companies and suspect Precision would be on the high end of that spectrum, but with same day service and complete repair it was worth it.

A year ago, Ben and two others efficiently installed 3 custom doors. They look great and hardware seems to fit really wellno gaps. Would recommend Precision Door. Today, Tyler came out early Sat. And we needed a new opener after 20 good years. In 2.5 hours, all set, nice work, solid hookups, and so much quieter. Wow. Appreciate the work.
