We built a house four years ago and have had nothing but issues with the garage door due to poor installation. Our garage door became stuck and several parts were completely worn down. I called Precision Garage in the morning and they were able to come in the early afternoon. Jeremy arrived and was knowledgeable and thorough with his assessment and recommended repairs. After Jeremy finished the repairs, I was amazed at the difference in our garage door. All of the creaks and issues we had were no longer present and our garage door now opens and closes as if it were new. I am thrilled with the craftsmanship and repairs that were done!

Jeremy Parish was exceptional in the performance of his Technician/Customer Service responsibilities. He clearly explained the options for service, repair and replacement of our garage door. Jeremy performed a thorough inspection of all the garage door assembly, which revealed the excessive wear of bearings, tracks and cables. Jeremy demonstrated a great depth of knowledge, as he explained the safety related and other repairs needed, of not only the spring, but also of the related garage door parts and accessories needing replacement. Thank you, Jeremy, for excellency of Technician and Customer Service. Sarah and I are looking forward to our new garage doors.

I came home shortly after lunch and saw a cable hanging outside the door. I contacted Precision to see how soon they could repair this cable. Their website was fantastic and I was able to get a service slot the same day (within the hour) and was emailed a confirmation immediately. Shortly after that I received a photo of who was coming along with additional information to get me taken care of. 30 minutes later I received a call from Jordan Houser letting me know he would be there in 30 minutes. He was prompt and professional. Fantastic experience and service!

Called about a broken garage door spring on Saturday, he was here on Monday and provided a very thorough inspection and gave me lots of options to get it fixed in a way that met our needs and budget. Ben and Stephen were great at making the entire process easy and seamless. My garage needed doors and to be honest was a car wreck. Nothing was square, it was never built for these kinds of doors, and it was never going to be an easy job. These guys explained the process and set expectations clearly. That was greatly appreciated as this was not an easy install. The service was exactly as promised, on time, and they left the space cleaner than they found it. The doors look great and the price was reasonable. If you need garage doors or repair this should be your first and only stop.

I hit my garage door so we had Precision Door come out to fix it - Jon C was our tech and he was super knowledgeable and got the door running smoothly again. The price for this service was very reasonable. We would call Precision Door again for our future needs!

Our garage door spring broke on Saturday May 3, I googled repair places for the door. I called Precision Garage door of West Michigan, first I asked if there was a extra fee for coming out to repair on Sunday and was told no, they also give veterans a discount, made an appointment for Sunday at 2pm and Connor showed up a little early, he explained what was needed and gave me a quote to repair the door. We approved the repair and he got the job done, he asked me to come out and check it out and I reviewed his work, items that were quoted were replaced and the door worked fine. Great service. Our garage door had a spring fail on us on Saturday morning and kept on vehicle trapped in garage. He came and replaced the broken spring as well as evaluated our whole system, recommending other items that were worn. He upgraded us with superior components and our door is now working better than when it was first installed. All on the same day within just a couple hrs from the time it broke. Jeremy Parish did an awesome job.
