My garage door broke at 8pm in the evening essentially trapping me in my garage. The emergency release would not work, so I knew it was a cable or something. I was able to go online and schedule an appointment with Precision Door for the next morning, evening choosing a time frame for the appointment. I got a notification about the visit ahead of time with a photo of my technician. He arrived on time and offered 3 different prices. The work was completed in under 2 hours.
