Gave me a thorough inspection of my door, asked about my maintenance, and went over everything in the quote. My springs were 10 years old, but all other parts 22 years old. After reviewing suspect components, I chose to have a door rebuild with a five year warranty. The door functions smooth and quiet again. I chose the least expensive to start; he told me the others could be added on once we had the springs replaced. After replacing the springs, the noise from the rollers had me replace those also.
