Called Precision to replace a broken spring on a Sunday. Technician Pat was prompt and professional. Gave me a thorough inspection of my door, asked about my maintenance, and went over everything in the quote. My springs were 10 years old, but all other parts 22 years old. After reviewing suspect components, I chose to have a door rebuild with a five year warranty. The door functions smooth and quiet again. Its amazing how things get old and noisy and you dont realize until it breaks. Thanks Pat / Precision Door!

One of the garage doors spring broke on a Sunday afternoon, called precision and a hour later the technician Patrick Stevens was at my door. He did a great job inspecting the garage door components, gave me 3 quotes to choose and performed the job well and quickly, he even provided instructions on maintenance. Would recommend their service, especially in a emergency case like mine

Mike Jolly showed up early and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me several options for levels of repair. I chose the least expensive to start; he told me the others could be added on once we had the springs replaced. After replacing the springs, the noise from the rollers had me replace those also. Mike did the repairs quickly and go me on my way. Great job!

Precision Garage Doors sent Technician Steve Wells out the day after I called, and he quickly and competently installed a new Genie garage door opener to replace my ailing 27-year old Stanley. The Genie is so much quieter than the Stanley and the remote control is better designed with a longer range. Thanks for the quick and competent service.

The person I spoke with was great and my technician, Brian Ciminelli, came over within an hour of calling. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and he completed the job in a timely manner. Brad Rambo came on a Sunday, at a time when my garage door was stuck open. I didn't realize how much my garage door was not working, even before it broke completely. He did a great job, was gracious and pretty efficient. Everything was completed within and hour and a half. I got new pulleys, a new spring, new wheels, everything was lubricated. And I love my new garage door system! Highly reconnected this company and Brad.

Great experience - service tech Brad showed up on time, with everything needed for the job. Did a thorough eval of the door and all parts and shared a set of options for me to decide what to do now versus what to consider for later. He did great work, cleaned up afterwards and was super polite and attentive to details. Highly recommend this company for garage door issues!!!

Patrick was fantastic. He didnt oversell anything. He explained the job and explained that he had to go back to the shop to get some parts because we ended up going with some additional services that we had not planned for and he made everything run smoothly. the garage cant even tell when its running. It runs so smoothly and quietly, he is phenomenal.
