We called precision door to correct a problem with the key pad on our Genie Garage door opener. Your man Brian not only corrected it, he did a complete inspection of the door itself and found some areas which needed attention. We okayed the additional work, and he did a great job with the updates. I highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on their garage doors. Brian gets a 5 out of 5-Star review. My experience with the first representative was very professional and he took the time to explain everything to me. Steven Franklin was the installer today. He was on time and very courteous. He explained the time frame and completed the service on time. He was very professional, with clear instructions at completion. I was very pleased with the performance, the cleanup, and the representation. Steven did an excellent job.
