POLITE, TOOK A LOOK AT THE ISSUE, AND KNEW. WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE SHOWED. ME, FIXED IT, AND WAS DONE. HE WAS HERE NO LONGER THAN ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES. VERY. EFFICIENT, VERY. EFFICIENT. HE EVEN. Came right on time and called ahead to confirm. Listened to issue and gave professional opinion and gave quote for new garage door opener. Have used them before and they are fantastic. I need to think about the 3 quotes before deciding and some other factors affecting the door that possibly need addressing and will definitely if needed purchase from them. He even checked the repair made 4 years ago just to make sure that was good and it was. Michael was the best.

Needed panels replaced. Rep said they do not make that door anymore because of age He quoted 3500 for new door with $200 coupon. Another company came out and fixed door for $185 and said they still make those doors and quoted 2600 for new door.

I have used Precision Garage Door in the past for replacing the spring on my garage door and to install a new door opener motor. I had a problem with the door closing intermittently and Brian came out and did an inspection and advised me on how to resolve the issue. He waived the service fee and bid me a good day! I wouldn’t dream of calling anyone but Precision Garage Door for any repairs.

The work was done fast and efficient, all though the price was a little high. The door that was repaired is a little hard to open for my wife. May have to have someone come back out to take some tension off the spring.
