I appreciate getting a text letting me know that the technician was on his way and he arrived in a timely manner. His name is Joey. After inspecting the garage door he walked me through the different options that I had. After I decided which route I want to take, he completed the repairs to my satisfaction. Service call was answered by a human which is rare these days. She scheduled service and we were lucky to get an appointment same day. The technician was extremely helpful and detected the problem and made the repair right away. Excellent service from start to finish.
