Very easy to book, they had available appointments that worked around my work schedule. They showed up on time, I was given reminders and notified who would be here. Joey Celski was my tech, he was polite and knowledgeable and completed the repairs timely and showed me how everything should be working, he did a thorough job looking at the opener/door and went above and beyond to show me how to keep the door functioning properly by using the appropriate lubricant. I had tried to call our local garage door company and was told they didn't have any appointments "they were very busy" but would call me when something opened up with no time-frame for that to happen. I was very glad I booked repairs with Precision Garage Door, and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you!!

Joseph did a great job fixing my garage door. I also want to call out a thank you to Brian who helped in assisting me and getting the right part. He even followed up while on vacation. Thank you to both of these guys!

Technician Joey arrived within less than 2hrs into the 4hr window I was given in my early morning call. He was very pleasant and efficient, explaining every detail in diagnosing the issue(s) with our garage door and opener. He estimated under an hour for the repairs and completed them in just over 1/2 hr and that included making a couple of maintenance-type adjustments that were not part of the specific repair he was summoned for. Overall, I was extremely pleased. As opportunities arise, I will be recommending Precision Garage Door Service to my friends and neighbors. John Kolasa Plymouth Pointe Condos Plymouth Twp

This was my second time interacting with Precision, and I will say that I am pleased once again! Joey explained what goes on with my garage door when there's a power outage, and what could go wrong. I have a better understanding now, and will be better prepared next time (which I hope isn't for a long long time)!

Five stars are not enough!!! This is the second time Precision Garage Door Service has come to my rescue on a Sunday, and within a couple hours had my garage door working beautifully. The first was in my former home, so when the garage door opener in my new condo started acting demon possessed, of course I immediately called Precision. The next morning (a Sunday) at 8am, Joey the garage door expert arrived. I love the fact that Precision sent me a text with his picture BEFORE he arrived! Joey explained what was wrong with my current garage door opener, then gave me several options & prices to remedy the problem. He gave me exactly what I asked for: a new garage door opener with battery back up, and an outside key pad. Joey had the installation complete in less than 2 hours! Then he clearly explained the operation of the new opener, answered all my questions, cleaned up the worksite and even removed the old opener. And Joey did all that with a polite respectful attitude. Precision Garage Door is an exemplary company with well trained techs and reasonable prices. If your garage door needs attention, call Precision, they're the best.

I experienced my first issue with opening and closing my garage door since the system was installed more than a year ago. The technician, Joey Celeski, arrived ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional throughout the service call. His excellent customer service was consistent with every other employee at Precision Garage Door that I've had the pleasure of working with. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for their prompt, reliable, and professional service.

Locked out of garage during 5 day power outage. Used the emergency cable and it did not disengage. They came out on a holiday weekend. Issue was fixed within 15 minutes. Went beyond by doing some maintenance. Service was covered under warranty! No charge!!! Professional office and technicians. I would highly suggest your company to my friends and family.

Follow up on Precision garage door rebuild from a year ago. Issue: new cable wire catching the side of the door on the left side. Joey came early(called ahead of time to see if okay). He assessed the issue and came up with a plan to fix. Loosened the springs, loosened the cable take up wheel, loosened the bracket securing the wheel, moved about half inch then tightened everything up in reverse order. Problem solved in about half hour. Door works great now. Joey was very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions.

He was very friendly and professional. I would recommend Joey and the company to anyone.

Excellent customer service. Starting with scheduling a visit to discuss purchase and installation of the garage door, through the tech visit (Joseph C) who explained door options and design characteristics. It was an enjoyable experience. I look forward to receiving a competitive quote.
