My experience with the first representative was very professional and he took the time to explain everything to me. Steven Franklin was the installer today. He was on time and very courteous. He explained the time frame and completed the service on time. He was very professional, with clear instructions at completion. I was very pleased with the performance, the cleanup, and the representation. Steven did an excellent job.

They came out twice. The first time the service man left without attempting service because he required perfect tidiness. So I actually did clean up. The second guy said nothing about my opener- which is why I called: He claimed everything about my property was too old, it could not be repaired and then he tried to up sell me to get me to buy 2 new garage doors!
