I have used Precision Garage Door in the past for replacing the spring on my garage door and to install a new door opener motor. I had a problem with the door closing intermittently and Brian came out and did an inspection and advised me on how to resolve the issue. He waived the service fee and bid me a good day! I wouldn’t dream of calling anyone but Precision Garage Door for any repairs.

My experience with the first representative was very professional and he took the time to explain everything to me. Steven Franklin was the installer today. He was on time and very courteous. He explained the time frame and completed the service on time. He was very professional, with clear instructions at completion. I was very pleased with the performance, the cleanup, and the representation. Steven did an excellent job.

I appreciate getting a text letting me know that the technician was on his way and he arrived in a timely manner. His name is Joey. After inspecting the garage door he walked me through the different options that I had. After I decided which route I want to take, he completed the repairs to my satisfaction.
