I’ve been having a problem with a recently installed garage door opener and garage door. I called Precision Door and it was immediately resolved. The technician Eric came to my house ,trouble shooted the problem,explained what he was doing and made the correction. Very professional ! Jason from the home office called before,during and after the job was done to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. It’s rare today to get such personal attention. I highly recommend Precision Door! They back what they do ! Everyone I had contact with performed beyond my expectations Good job PD!

I have used Precision Garage Door in the past for replacing the spring on my garage door and to install a new door opener motor. I had a problem with the door closing intermittently and Brian came out and did an inspection and advised me on how to resolve the issue. He waived the service fee and bid me a good day! I wouldn’t dream of calling anyone but Precision Garage Door for any repairs.

The work was done fast and efficient, all though the price was a little high. The door that was repaired is a little hard to open for my wife. May have to have someone come back out to take some tension off the spring.

Your man Brian not only corrected it, he did a complete inspection of the door itself and found some areas which needed attention. We okayed the additional work, and he did a great job with the updates. I highly recommend Precision to anyone who needs work done on their garage doors. Brian gets a 5 out of 5-Star review.
