They came out twice. The first time the service man left without attempting service because he required perfect tidiness. So I actually did clean up. The second guy said nothing about my opener- which is why I called: He claimed everything about my property was too old, it could not be repaired and then he tried to up sell me to get me to buy 2 new garage doors!

Jeff Blehm was great! He was professional, prompt, and prepared. He called me to let me know he could come early if that worked for me. He let me know about other issues with my garage that could affect the garage door functioning and even suggested fixes for those. He was here and finished in under an hour and everything is working perfectly now. He showed me how to grease the door at the points that it needs it and how often. I am very pleased with the entire experience.

Jeff G was very polite and took his time to evaluate the garage door..After his assessment he explained in simple terms as to what the problem wasassist with the payment and cleaned up after the work was completed. Being a senior we need that kind of patience and explanation. Some techs just do the job and leave so you dont an understanding what is needed and done. Precision has a good employee with Jeff G.
