I put in a service call and precision doors came out the same day within a hour, then shared with me what needed to be done to repair my door and quoted me a price, took their time walking me through some things and also reprogrammed my remotes, very professional, thanks!

Jeff G was very polite and took his time to evaluate the garage door..After his assessment he explained in simple terms as to what the problem wasassist with the payment and cleaned up after the work was completed. Being a senior we need that kind of patience and explanation. Some techs just do the job and leave so you dont an understanding what is needed and done. Precision has a good employee with Jeff G. From the time we first called Precision, we received exceptional service. They sent us texts that included a picture of the salesman/evaluator, then of the installation technician who were to care for us. These two people also called us beforehand to assure us they were on their way. Work was done within the two hour window as promised and our old garage door (and misc pieces) were taken away. Easy-peasy!
