From the time we first called Precision, we received exceptional service. They sent us texts that included a picture of the salesman/evaluator, then of the installation technician who were to care for us. These two people also called us beforehand to assure us they were on their way. Work was done within the two hour window as promised and our old garage door (and misc pieces) were taken away.
