Great customer service hands down! Brad Rambo was my technician and he was the absolute best! I called to schedule an appointment and he was able to come out the same day. He truly was an expert and told me everything that was needed. He was able to repair my garage door and install a lock for it during the visit. It didn't take long at all. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely refer them to all my friends.

Needed our garage door serviced and then replaced after it failed on a Thursday morning. The staff was excellent and very quick to come inspect and identify the issues. Give a quote that fit our budget and installation within 3 business days. The installer Anthony DeJesus was on time and extremely professional. He walked us through everything after he was done and cleaned up as if he had not even been there. 10/10 Will absolutely recommend to friends and family

I had Jeff Gariepy from Precision Garage Door of Southeast & Mid Michigan come and fix my garage door opener. I first thought it was the sensors. He did work on that and replaced the side rail that was damaged. I still was unable to get the door to come down with the remote, so I had to call him back. This time he replace the sensors, and installed a whole new door opener system. Everything is working smooth now. Jeff was a little "salesy" and could have taken time to make sure I knew how things worked, but all in he was ok and the system works well.

The service was fine, but the charges were exploitive. The online booking indicated the $75 site visit would be waived and only actual service would be charged. My bill for 3-10 minutes of labor was double $75.00. That is unfair.

Steve Franklin, was my my technication that install my garage door. Came in a timely matter,very polite, he explain to me how to operate and care for my door explain the keys. Also at the end how explain to me not to power wash the door. To use the garden his to shower down. I am very please. Not yet went out to open the door. It cold outside. Will leave that for my husband later on.

We really appreciated how prompt and professional Precision Garage Door was. We obtained several quotes for the repair/replacement of our garage and Precision was the one that we felt comfortable with knowing they would do it right the first time and not just try to sell us a quick fix that would require more work down the road. Precision was able to walk us through the entire process, explaining all our options, and provide recommendations. We now have a new functional garage door and cannot thank them enough! Jordan W. was great when coming out to assess and provide the quote and Steve F. was timely, friendly and did fantastic work with the replacement and explanation of everything we needed to know about the new door.

Except for a very positive and helpful quote from sales, we have had an extremely difficult time with this company. The first installation visit resulted in two missing features we had purchased. The next team fixed those mistakes, but claimed the initial installation had many other errors that a layperson wouldn't notice. I was told a third visit would occur, but if it did, no one notified me. We then scheduled a fourth visit for additional repairs. Then, within six months of installation, the keypad stopped consistently working. Precision has not charged extra for additional visits, although that may be because we purchased repair coverage. Every repair has been time-consuming to schedule and attend. This company charges incredibly high prices for their work and I do not recommend them in the least.
